Probably his decision, he may decide just to go ahead and leave instead of having to deal with the possibility of losing the rest of the games. Save some face IMO.

I would hope that Joker would finish these last two games and the crowd will show him and the team the respect they deserve...

Darn I was hoping Joker would be around for awhile.

In the end, this is the best for the program.

They could hire Petrino on a week to week basis or get Sonny Dykes?

We're all wrong, Mitch will probably bring back former DC Steve Brown to be the head coach.

I hate to see Joker go as a person, but he simply wasn't getting the job done. Good move by Mitch, and hopefully he'll follow it up with a great hire.

So the big question is, how many players request a transfer? I assume that if they get a big name in there then most would stay. But what about all the promises made by current coaching staff to current roster?
