That Boyle Co first half seems like light years ago....the way the Birds have played since the start of the 2nd half of the Boyle game through tonight's game has been very very impressive. They seem to be playing with more passion and intensity.

If true that is scary. I have seen little league teams pass the ball better than Boyle. If Boyle can get their passing game in order they will be very tough to beat.

I think we also have to add maybe Boyle wasn't all that tired in the second half last week and maybe Highlands woke up in the second half against Boyle. In other words, the first half against Boyle may be misleading in Highlands small body of work this year and if the two teams played again its possible it would be a rout and if so then Scott County figures to slot about where the did.

 

What is tough about all of this is until all the teams play four games or so there is not enough reliable information to

accurately predict a lot of games.

 

I will say this, Highlands never ceases to amaze me...

I absolutely agree Highlands is the clear favorite to win 4A.

 

I am interested to see what LexCath does this week but other than that it looks like all Birds and maybe the Park Hills Mafia.

He's nuts...Boyle's offense in the 1st half of the Highlands game was very impressive and much better than SC's offense tonight. Bird Defense brought it tonight and punished. If they would have played this way in the Boyle 1st half I dont think you would have seen BC score 24 points.

Why so you can go ahead and predict how much Highlands wins the title by? Barring a few serious injuries I can tell you now it's 42-14.
