Why do schools have them? In soccer and volleyball, scholarships come by playing in a club, not High School. In almost every case, the school has nothing to do with it. Shouldn't the club be hosting these?

Why do schools have them? In soccer and volleyball, scholarships come by playing in a club, not High School. In almost every case, the school has nothing to do with it. Shouldn't the club be hosting these?

 

Every team is different but I would think most club teams have girls from all over and it would be hard to host. Club teams get almost no press so at least there can be a small write up about it with it being done at the HS.
