It was not Downs on the hill tonight, it was Brian Ernst and I understand he pitched a whale of a game (complete game). Ryle's pitching staff has some nice depth, with Downs, Lawson, Comora, and Ernst leading the way in starting pitching department. CCH isn't the only team out there deep in quality pitching! :thumb:

Am told Ernst threw a 99-pitch complete game, allowing only three hits and one unearned run. Very solid outing!
