kyag
On senior night senior Tanner Craddock sinks the game winning shot. Conner never led in this game until the final horn. Great game by Bellevue, they had a 12 point lead but couldn't hang on for the win. Very impressed with Maehren...the young man made big shots. Ratterman was draining 3's in the 1st half. Hicks carried the Cougars with 22, Ginn added 10. Bellevue - Atkins 2 1 6, Jones 1 0 2, Ratterman 4 2 13, Maehren 8 2 20, Hill 1 0 2 .Totals: 16 5 45 Conner - Hicks 11 0 22, Craddock 1 1 4, North 2 0 4, Ginn 4 2 10, Scott 2 2 7, Hayes 0 1 1. Totals: 20 6 48 Halftime: B 27-15. 3-pointers: B 6 (Ratterman 3, Maehren 2, Atkins), C 2 (Craddock, Scott)

Mustang
Had to be a tough loss for the Bellevue Tigers. A win over the NKAC Div-I Conner Cougars would have provided Coach Hicks major positive material for Awards Night. The Tigers are playing their best ball of the season right now, having lost narrowly to NCC and coming within a whisker of taking down Conner on their Senior Night. Our Brossart Mustangs had better bring our "A" Game to Bellevue on Wednesday night. ESPNdeux
I think a lot of teams are starting to figure out that if you play Bellevue to a score in the 40's or 50's you are going to be in a dogfight. They play their system well.
