That is a great question. I would like to see Reid with better players around her. I hear in the summer Reid is unreal with players that can help. I think Gibbs may win but Mo will have a better college career.

You put Reed on Lex Cath and she wins more than 2 rings. She is the best player with much less help.

Sounds like a great job. Principal that's not real supportive of sports and you get to be in Ryle, Conner and Boones district.

I was told all the talent is in the underclassman, let the upperclassmen leave and start the rebuilding now. The job does not have to be posted for 30 days if you hirer within. Does anyone think the Coach before Rosen has a chance to come back. I think he has a daughter that is coming up that is pretty good.

I would think the Coach at Williamstown would be a great fit.

If the 9th is calling the game it will be tight, if the 16th is calling the game ND wins by 10 or more.

Because those school are so large and have several girls to choose from. It would be very hard for the best NKY teams to play with those teams.

i agree 32, Conner had those regions call 4 of their games this year in the Queen of the Bluegrass. Still go back to my statement make a block shot or a layup and you win anyway HHS.

Wow, im glad that Beechwood is not going if the 16th has anyone that i watch last night for either game doing the region or the state.

I will say the 9th will have more people doing State Tourney than the 16th, so i cant see how you could come up with the 16th got the short end on this one. I know that 3 people from the 9th are calling state tourneys this year. I would say maybe one from the 16th, if any, will make it.

I just hope Conner plays ND in the finals. Dont want to hear anything when ND shoots 15FT and you have 0 in the 4th quarter before the fouling starts. I would have to agree with bjim, it wasnt the best from those in stripes but it wasnt the best from HHS either. To many bad choices, missed layups and missed block shots they normally make. I just think a team that goes inside all night long would get to the FT line more than 0 times going into the 4th quarter. Oh well, Congrats to ND if they let that type of play go on inside no one can beat them in the region IMO.

No, the rules are not different but how they let you play is different from region to region. Lex officials let you play much more than 2nd region refs.

I hope the 9th region refs screw up the 16th regional tournament as bad as the 16th region refs did tonight for the 9th. Sad sad sad. Maybe they should trade next year with W.V.

Congrats to Conner they made plays when the HHS kids didn't. I just hate to see a game called by refs from out of region. Why play all year long with your regions refs and then the most important time of the year lets get people we have no idea how they call. With 2 minutes to go Conner had shot 16ft to HHS 0. I guess Conners man defense is not as aggressive as HHS zone. I think the final total was 20FT for Conner and 5 for HHS 3ft for HHS with 20secs to go. I would say Conner is the runner up to ND. HHS kids didn't seem to handle the pressure of being the favorite very well at all. Just make you think how BC and ND do it every year as the favorite. I cant see how its wasn't and upset. But good luck Conner you earned it tonight.

Could someone help Cardfan07. First from the other post. HHS coach is a women, and I can't see her saying she fears anyone when it comes to basketball. So go tell the man you heard talking about fearing Conner he shouldn't worry in his first round game thats not who he plays. 2nd have you watched Conner or HHS play this year. If you think either team will have less than 10 TO you really need some help.

Novosel isnt as good as Reid IMO. If Reid had Novosels team she Lex Cath would win the state easy. Congrats to Lex Cath and good luck in the region.

Well, i guess you could say that it didnt matter if Trimble practiced or played Wtown on SR night. I'm thinking the basketball gods may have been a little kinder if they would have played SR night. Congrats to SO and thier 41 pt win.

If it leaves the shooters hands its a shot. If theres a shot theres a rebound. It maybe a deadball rebound out of bounds (no player getting credit for). If it stay in the players hands and doesn't get released its a steal. So if its a jump ball and the team that is trying to block the shot has the arrow that player would get a steal and the other player trying to shoot the ball would get a Turnover because of the change of poss.

Wtown should ask Coach Wright to make a statement in this game for them. I hope South wins by 60. If it was a gamed to be played play the game, Sr night or not. I think Trimble knew playing at Wtown would be much tougher than playing them at home. Best i can recall the game in the All A was a pretty good game. So dont act like Trimble is 60 better than Wtown. Trimble's not to good on the road away from home. True class by ND to play the games on their schedule.
