Kobe had a bad game? How is 29 points, 8 assists, and 4 rebounds a bad game? I still think Orlando has a chance!! They are very tough to beat at home, and have proven that they can win on the road. They beat Cleveland and Boston at their places, so I think they can win at LA!!!! :thumb:

Orlando is in a must win situation tonight, obviously! 88 times teams have went up 3-0 in the NBA Finals and they have never lost!

PC also beat Elder-Black, one of the St. Henry teams, and Lewis County this morning before losing to Elder-White in the semi's!

Happening before also does not make it right. Some of the Braves players (Murphy was a beast) you mentioned in the other thread don't compare to Tom Glavine and his career so that to me was hard to understand! As for the great pitchers mentioned, those were completely different situations as I remember them!

I hope Joey gets everything taken care of and can come back and the help the Reds!

Does not make it right that people on a website/message board based in Kentucky, or any where for that matter, speculate about a man's health issues. It is just not right and really we should respect Joey's privacy and his issues. We are not debating whether or not the guy can hit or play the field or be a leader in the clubhouse or what kind of career he is going to have. This is a serious issue and should be handled that way!

Is it so hard to believe that everyone does not have to agree w/you and your outlook on things? We all have our opinions on issues and that is what makes the world tick. Could be a good fight, sure, and it might not be.

I agree that this mess was started by Frank Wren. I would argue that John Schuerholz does really care. If you knew anything about the man, you would know that about him!

I do not have the time to explain it to you, I laid it out there, now it is up to you to take it from there. Read the post, try to understand it, and you will see the point that is being made. I 1000% understand that facts are contrasted w/opinions and beliefs. I love the debate part of this board when it is done in the correct manner. Most of the time it is, but not always!

This album slams a lot of people. Which IMO is funny the way he puts these people in his lyrics. Like many of you have said, Insane is a little out there for me. But "My Mom", "Old Time's Sake", and "Underground" are my personal favorites. All together a good album!!!!!

You surely did not back anything up with "And that is a fact", so I guess in the end you were right or maybe not. I think it really doesn't matter in the end. I feel if someone takes the time to really read these posts the idea would be understood. I agree, fact was probably a poor choice of wording there. However, the definition of Fact: A fact is a pragmatic truth, a statement that can, at least in theory, be checked and either confirmed or denied. Facts are often contrasted with opinions and beliefs, statements which are held to be true, but are not amenable to pragmatic confirmation or denial. So in the end, the consequences and the very real effects of what the Braves did by releasing Tom Glavine, agree w/the move or not, are very vital components of the true meaning of truth!!!!!!

Seems to me, after reading all of this thread, that by you saying that it was not dirty, that you are just stating your opinion, correct? Perhaps, the ones making it more than it is, should realize who they are! This release was about Nate McLouth, plain and simple!
