Maybe someone should either edit the district list, or shut this one down. Scott County's not in the 10th region, and Scott high is not in the 40th district. Something I once heard about two wrongs comes to mind here...

I couldn't vote against the 39th soley based upon one team (Mason Co). The 37th district has done some pretty good damage against the 38th district this year. I haven't seen a whole lot of 40th district play this year though.

 

So if I were to put them in order I'd say (from toughest to weakest):

 

39th

40th

37th (Scott High School is in the 37th)

38th
