Add this game to Scarheels list. GRC at Scott County - December 18. Even talk about it being played at Memorial and on tv.

Ryan Williams anybody? I know he got hurt and missed about the whole Henry Clay game. But I'm sure he is still on top or close to it as far as yards and tds. And his team is 5-2 after going something like 3-9 last year and losing atleast 15-20 or more seniors. Without him, GRC might not have won more than 1 game so far.

I also forgot Franklin County. They will be in the Top 10 by the end of the season IMO if they aren't already.

The line has got to get better if they plan on winning some big games in the future... Don't see all of those faults on Dini, I would place some on the coaching staff and just simple flat miscommunication. It's simple though, the line has to do better.

I'll take Dini over Mason any day of the week. Keep doing what your doing Dini. It's worked so far. :thumb:

I think the poll represents how good of a game this will be. The opinions are split and this game really could go either way. Depends on who the better defense is Friday night.

I believe his stats were something like 13-14 pts, 9 boards, and 4 blocks a game. Not too sure so don't hold me to it. :thumb:

I'm sure the 11.2 pace won't keep up but he is THAT good. Highly undderrated imo. Without him, GRC would not be near as good.He's just gone unnoticed cause he doesn't play in Louisville or Lexington.

I'm pretty sure Ryan Williams of GRC is leading the state in rushing yards. He has over 750 yds already I believe.

I've heard Oregon and Florida St. but it could be hearsay.

He was in on defense for the last play of the game so doubt he missed much.

I'm not. Just simply stating the truth, Ryan Williams will be the faster player on the field. I also heard that Montgomery Co. only dresses something like 30 players and they don't use subs very often. Is this true? Are their numbers down or are they usually that low? That doesn't sound like very many to me.

If that's the case, I really like GRC's chances... Williams will be the fastest guy on the field in the majority of the games they play this season. I think GRC pulls it out after letting last year slip out from under them.:thumb: Remember guys, last year was the first time Montgomery Co. has won in quite awhile...

From my understanding they have both grown over the summer so maybe that is what they were last year.... you may be right just going by what I've heard. :thumb:

This is the only way these two teams play every year now. GRC got moved up to 6a and Montgomery is now 5a and are not in the same district.

Don't think there's been a ruling but everybody around here feels he's fine. No reason not to be really, his mother made the right comments. :thumb:

I would give you that as well just because they won the two regular season games, even though GRC did win the district by 20+. Montgomery also got a good draw. Montgomery just has to take care of business against Bourbon and Paris, which they should.

I disagree that the talent level is down, especially last year. That graduating class was one of the best through middle school up to varsity that's played in quite along time. They just didn't produce for whatever reason that may be.

I'd say Dini will be the starting QB August 30th against Montgomery Co...They say he's been playing really well as of late.
