Uh oh... Without Jones, UK is very mediocre. And to think before this game I was thinking if UK could get Kanter back they might possibly be the 2nd best team in the country.

I enjoyed it a lot. I'm going to be rereading the book within the next couple weeks to see just how close they kept it... From my memory though, I think they did a pretty swell job. I too, agree it left off at a great place and I'm already looking forward to July!

Duke is loaded... and I'm not even being biased (wait, I am). Ohio St. looked pretty good though.

I'm a Duke fan first, everybody knows that. If this is what the NCAA based their decision off of, then IMO they got it wrong. That seems a bit nit-picky to me.

Nope... I LOVE them. There's a thread awhile back explaining each one of us Dukies on the board love for Duke but I can't think of what it was. This year will be a very fun year and hopefully with similar results as last year. :thumb:

Heard he's great friends with Rivers... Hopefully it pans out. Duke's become big time players in the top talent recently. Would be a great class to recover from the loss of Singler, Smith, and most likely Irving.

I believe that was the right call. There's no excuse that they shouldn't of gotten that. It was literally fourth and like a 1/4 of a foot. It was actually quite sad that they didn't get that.

Let them play. If you don't think they deserve a chance then "race", in a sense, is the factor. :sssh: They've played two ranked teams this year, which is better than previous years. Give them a chance.

I'm with this guy. And as much as I believe that we need another right-handed bat to slot into the 4 hole, I'm not sure if we can get by without the spark and passion that Gomes plays and leads with. Give me an Adam Dunn or a Jason Bay though (somebody who's definitely an upgrade production wise), and I'd be all for it.
