I think Lincoln Co. is due. They lost the first of the season and haven't lost since.. Also last meeting with the cardinals, GRC practically spotted them 21 points to start the game. Should be a great game.

Last meeting GRC got off to a slow start with some turnovers and quickly got down 21-0. They had to play catch up the whole night and just about did that, coming up short at the end of the game. Look for both teams to be ready and prepared and this one to be a battle until the end! I could see this game going either way but my heart says GRC wins a barnburner.Good luck to both teams and hope to see some good football Friday night!... Go Cards!

I think Preston Knowles has to be mentioned in along with the rest of these players.

Congrats to the Cards for pulling this one out and holding on... Hats off to Montgomery for not giving up and fighting until the end. The first half imo was the best i've seen my cardinals play in along time. The 2nd half wasn't as good and they let Montgomery back in the game. Look to see some great football next friday up in Lincoln.

They are by no means great and nowhere in my posts you will find me saying that. Are they a good football team? Yes! I believe in the Cards.. I don't quite understand your lack of discipline statement..Like to explain? I can guarantee GRC will b focused and ready to play tomorrow night!

SLCARDS.. what I think Da Secret was trying to point out in his posts was that GRC has all the talent that you could ask for.. We have just not seen them put it ALL together at the same time and if they do and you are the other team... You'd better watch out! They have not done as well as they thought they were going to do this year but here is their chance to redeem themselves. As for the losses you have pointed out.. tates creek was the first game of the season and had multiple opportunities to win the game they just did not finish the job.. southwestern was a long road game and had multiple chances to win in that game as well.. Lincoln co game they spotted them 21 points right off the bat in the 1st quarter with turnovers and battled back and had a chance to tie at the end of the game.. and madison central was the week of their fall break and they just weren't ready to play that game and madison central took it to them.

I don't think Central showed Lincoln everything they had last Friday.This being a playoff game nobody will want to go home after the first game so look for this one to be a much better contest and I give a td advantage to the home team Lincoln.Should be a good game!

I believe that GRC will take care of business on their home field and not let Montgomerys emotions matter. If I am not mistaken GRC played without #8 last meeting and had no trouble handeling them for the most part. I look for GRC to take this one by 2 or 3 tds. As for bad blood... I wouldn't necassarily call it that BUT I can guarantee that the student bodies will be full of emotions in a packed stadium Friday night
