  1. This was a very exciting game! GRC led the whole way and was up by 11 at one time and an average of around 6-8 points until the end. I don't really think this was an upset, GRC just outplayed them tonight.
  2. Not 100% for sure about all of them but I'd say they are being played at Bourbon Co. I know for a fact the last two are.
  3. Here is the complete schedule: Friday, December 8, 2006 6:00 Bourbon Co. vs. Louisville Manual (Girls) 7:30 Mason Co. vs. Lincoln Co. 4. Sorry I must of messed something up with that link... but I believe they play Cincinnati Winthrow.
  5. Found this in another thread.. It does say GRC plays at 9:thumb: http://www.bluegrasspreps.com/showth...t=80980&page=2
  6. From my understanding he was feeling under the weather and still was pretty impressive... I don't know the exact stats he had I'll try to find them out.
  7. As far as I know it is at 9:00 because I think the Oak Hill game doesnt start till 7:30.:ylsuper:
  8. Didn't these two teams play last year at Madison Central and GRC lead most of the game and Madison Central came back at the end to win it, correct me if I'm wrong that's just what I think happened... Both having their core players back this year should shape up for a good early season game.
  9. Agreed! Still wondering why they didn't go for it...
  10. Still 28-14?? And thanks for the updates guys much appreciated.
  11. You are wrong... They are just like they have been every year. The rule was not put into place because they made the exit doors more accessible or something to that nature but I do know the rule is not in use.
  12. No, the football players didn't play in the scrimmage Saturday against Ryle.
  13. Go Henry Clay! Have to go for our regional champs... but I see this being all Trinity.. Just wasnt too impressed last night.
  14. Congrats To HC on the win.Good Luck. To GRC, You had a great season and nothing to hang your heads about... nobody but your fans even thought you would get this far and for that it was an accomplishment. You played your hearts out all season and your fans appreciate it greatly. To the seniors, you will be missed but thanks for the ride you led us on.Hope you all are successful at the next level or what ever you intend to do.Congrats on a great season! To everybody else.. theres always next year, lets build on this season and keep it going! Overall it was a pretty good game.. I think the game was much closer than even the score showed. Without that interception down by HC's endzone it would have been a tie ball game at halftime... But everyone played their hearts out and thats all anyone can ask for... Congrats to both teams!
  15. Good to see a Kentucky team getting recognition.. Congrats!
  16. Kinda what they did to Lincoln Co.? They have to come ready to play right off the bat.
  17. That's what I was thinking CP.... I was told they held their own and was pretty even. Although one of HC's best players didn't play if I'm correct. But you are right it's playoff time and anything can happen. :ylsuper:
  18. All that talk is just going to fire up GRC even more! :dancingpa
  19. I think this game is going 2 surprise alot of people. GRC is on a high right now and are out to prove the doubters. They are possibly hitting there stride at the right time and when it counts. With a good week of practice and emotions flying high at home I see this game being closer than what everyone is thinking. I'm going to wait till later on in the week to make my prediction. Look for a great game Friday night.
  20. Hey guys just got in from the game a bit ago and want to say congratulations to both teams tonight. That was one of the best games I've seen in along time! To Lincoln, you all never gave up when you all got down and got it into overtime and had a chance to win it on the two point converstion(still not sure why they did that). You all had a great season and have nothing to be ashamed of. To GRC, way to take care of business! You all had alot of doubters and proved them wrong! You played with heart tonight and played to what you were capable of. One note about the game, we have got to keep our turnovers to a minimum. Without all the fumbles I don't think this game would have been in overtime. Now lets get focused and have a good week of practice and concentrate on them Blue Devils!Congrats!
  21. I'm Ready! Should be some great football tomorrow night... Good luck to both teams!
  22. I think GRC's bench is going to be just as good, if not better than Masons or anyone elses.
  23. Lets keep this thread on track now and talk about the game... Mr. Network I'd like to hear your figures and opinion on the game!
  24. When I said GRC spotted them 21 points I did not mean that to be trash talking in any way.. I meant that aside from 1st play of the game where they scored the touchdown, GRC fumbled it about 4 times and gave the Pats great field position everytime around the 20 or 30. Thats just the way it went in the first half last game. And Cardinal Pride hit it right on the head it all depends on which team from GRC shows up to play.
