I don't? Knowing a few people personally, one being a close friend, that recieved a ticket for going 28 mph over yet didn't get arrested isn't something I could base my comment on? They were far from being famous too. I know for a fact every person that goes that fast DOES NOT give arrested. So yes, I actually do have something to base my comment on. Don't be so quick to assume. :thumb:

I've seen it happen once this year and a couple times last year with no such rule enforced. (Actually think one of these games might have been against Harrison, or Montgomery I can't remember). If it's really a rule, then I don't like it. Sure I understand the safety issues but a kid can get hurt just standing in the box waiting on a pitch. If it's obviously a malicious attack then throw them out but if it's just a you are in my way and I'm trying to score kind of contact then let it be.

Odds were they were to cool down in that category eventually... time for them to heat back up though!

I, too, hope the catcher is ok and is able to play in their next game. I didn't catch him being injured the first time around.

I think the Reds need this game, if for nothing else than to try and get their mojo back.

I'm sorry, but that's baseball. If the kid doesn't like contact don't be a catcher. One kids trying to score and the other is trying to prevent it, nothing more. ON the other hand I would probably be disappointed if the kid just let the catcher tag him as opposed to trying to score. Nothing wrong with the play at hand, the fan seems to be the one out of line.

He had an RBI single up the middle earlier in the game if I'm not mistaken.

I've gotten used to the norm of the Reds having to come from behind to win, and them doing it. I'm not so sure how long they can keep that up though. Pitching all the way around needs to get better.
