A bit extreme in my opinion. I don't find it any more risk of talking on a cell phone while driving than changing the channel on the radio. Bad situations happen, and sometimes there is nothing you can do about it. If you are responsible enough while doing it, no further risk than just actually driving. No need for a law to ban it.

I've already had two professors enter in my final grades incorrectly and I've had to email them to fix it. (Have separate account of grades on blackboard) Anybody else ever have this problem?

Nope. Coach K has stated that if you stay all four years or close to it, they try and schedule an away/neutral site game near that player's hometown. Pretty cool I think.
