Clark Co. 22-20.

Mont. Co. 31 GRC 12, MC's Ryan Hackworth will have a big night, Indians weight program will show this year. Go Tribe:ylsuper:

I love those Clark County Cardinals but unless there is a real suprise when it comes to talent this year I do not see them challenging many good teams this year! Indians by 12!

How is the Indians offensive and defensive lines this year? I know they lost a guy for the year. Is there much experience besides Grant Darnell?

MC by 12 in a great game.

I have no real idea how this game will play out. Just hope my Cards can pull this one out.:thumb:

I'm with you Gold...I hope we pull out with the win

GRC !!

Is this the Recreation Bowl? Didn't they play each other in the opener last year as well? Why no switch in opponents?

I'm pretty sure both teams signed a 2 year contract.

Understood. Usually you see four teams in bowl games. Year 1 pits Montgomery/Clark and Harrison/Fleming. Year 2 pits Montgomery/Harrison and Clark/Fleming, or some form of switch up. It's rare to see the same teams play each other two years in a row during a bowl. Nothing wrong with it; just unique.

Montgomery County 27 GRC 15

The Rec. Bowl has had trouble over the last 10 years or so getting quality teams to come and play in it, plus Montgomery has been down for a while and didn't even play in the bowl themselves several years. I agree, they should have picked a different opponent since they play Clark every year anyway since it's a rivalry game.

It was a great game! Might as well play it again. Kind of a motivating factor for both teams in summer camp.
