I had heard that the Elliott starters only played the first and third quarters from someone at the game. Classy move by Elliott's coach. Elliot could have scored 200 + in this one if they wanted. Again, congrats to Elliott on the win.

Anyone know if this one is still being played tonight ? Boyd didn't have school today and I doubt Elliot did either.

Boyd County did not have school today and I'm almost certain that Elliot wouldn't have had it. I'll try to find out if the game between the two is cancelled.

:thumb: The first step in letting a team know you've had enough is pulling your own starters in my opinion.

Elliot by around 50 I'll go with: Elliot 112 Boyd 62 I really believe Elliot could win this one by 80 if they wanted to. Elliots younger players should see a ton of playing time in the second half of this one.

It was done by some ratio of plays to quarters when I played. I lettered my freshman year by doing nothing but playing special teams and a few defensive plays.

Antonio was a very good player but Frank Lee was the best all around ball player to play at Boyd during my life.

I'm pulling hard for Raceland in this one. The Rams are the only local team still alive and I'd love to see them win. I don't think they will though. These two teams are very evenly matched. If they played 10 times, each team would win 5. Raceland got LCA last time, I think LCA gets this one. LCA - 31 Raceland - 28 Prove me wrong Rams !!!! Good luck to both teams.

It seems to me that the situation at GC has less to do with the coach that is hired and more to do with the community getting behind him. I hope it all works out for GC.:thumb:
