Russell Panorama November 25th .....WOW

Featured Replies

Rose Hill-Lewis County

Russell-Bracken County

Greenup County-Mason County

Clark County-Elliott County

What a lineup to say the least. The defending state chamiion in the Royals. Two top 5 teams in Clark and Elliott. Four teams with new head coaches. An always scrappy Lewis County team.

Players like the Elliott County Five, Russ Middleton, UK recruit Vinny Zollo and the other Cardinal super sophs, fab frosh Terry from the Hill, talented Trey Williams from GC and many other solid players.

What a night of hoops at the Fireplace the Tuesday before Turkey Day.

I was thinking about coming up to check out my Polar Bears in this... now I'm sure I'll be there! Clark/Elliott will be worth the price of admission alone.

I would assume Clark, Russell, and Mason won't be at full strength, but should still be fun!

I would say Clark and Russell will have almost all of their players.

Can you post approximate times for the games?

4:30 Lewis County(home) vs Rose Hill(visitors)

6:00 Russell (home) vs Bracken County (visitors)

7:30 Greenup County (home) vs Mason County (visitors)

8:45 Elliott County (home) vs Clark County (visitors)

I see Russell is taking on the toughest competition.LoL

Elliott County Vs GRC is a tough but intriguing matchup for a pre season scrimmage..Should be exciting and a full house.

Depends on the football playoffs

Not sure GRC will have everyone back from football...even if they are back...have not practiced any with the basketball team...this will make a difference. as Ryan Williams and Cory Rogers are starters. Elliott does not have a footbal team and all players have been practicing. True GRC team should show around Christmas break.

I agree should be a great matchup our size and thier speed.

What does Russell have coming back, should they be good, I seen they only won 3 games last season.

Bracken County plays a home scrimmage on November 20th against a team from Ohio for Polar Bear 1994

Definately two good teams in the Panorama.

Yep and they asked Fairview to come, they didn't have the stones to face GRC. ;)

Russell will be weak this year! If they win more than 8 games, Kidwell is coach of the year in the 16th. Good coach but not much talent.

Don't see Russell playing them either Doc.

I know. And you can hack on them now, because before long, the Russellites just might be the ones they don't want to play. But for now, hack away.:thumb:
