Having not been to pre-season games in forever I have a few questions:

1) Do they actually sell concessions??

2) I assume a $5 admission charge or so??

3) Do the teams wear the actual game uniforms or some practice jerseys??

4) I would assume the atmosphere is more than walking into a practice session with the JV scrimmaging the Varsity, but somewhat less than that of a real game. But, guess it can differ from school to school on how much of a real game atmosphere you have. I would think the Russell Panorama and Fast Lane Classic would mirror more closely to a real game situation than some others??

I hope they do have popcorn and all will be heavenly regardless of the outcome!!!

In the past, they have had regular concessions, including popcorn. Some wear regular jerseys and some wear practice jerseys. Probably latter games will have a big game type atmosphere. I think admission about the same, I would think no more than $5.

Can't Wait! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Rose Hill-Lewis County

Russell-Bracken County

Greenup County-Mason County

Clark County-Elliott County

What a lineup to say the least. The defending state chamiion in the Royals. Two top 5 teams in Clark and Elliott. Four teams with new head coaches. An always scrappy Lewis County team.

Players like the Elliott County Five, Russ Middleton, UK recruit Vinny Zollo and the other Cardinal super sophs, fab frosh Terry from the Hill, talented Trey Williams from GC and many other solid players.

What a night of hoops at the Fireplace the Tuesday before Turkey Day.

Looks like some good match ups. I know what Elliott Co has, I'll be interesting to see the teams from the 10th region, in Clark Co and Mason Co.

Less than 48 hours!!! Let's get ready to RUMBLE!!!

Basketball is finally here.....:dancingpa

Travis Pervis of GRC, one of our Sophomores, tore his ACL last week and will be out for the year. Morehead had already offered him a scholly. Cupboard isn't bare, just needs some experience at the varsity level.
