  1. I haven't seen a middle schooler that was really ready to play up.The only reason this is being done is because at some schools the talent level and numbers are way down. A school with talented juniors and seniors will not pull a kid out of middle school to play varsity- maybe JV not varsity. I think thats why some parents choose to transfer their kid to a program thats down so their kid can play up.
  2. It might just surprise you Donnie how far the old GTO would have to go.
  3. I'll be glad to make the long trip back to Russell to eat my crow if it happens!
  4. OK! 24 years then for another championship!
  5. May very well be another 27 years before Russell wins another regional championship!!
  6. At least for the last game anyway!:thumb:
  7. Maybe your right? Good luck to the kids! Hope they play hard and get better each day!
  8. Flutz is a really good player that I have seen play a few times. Good luck to all mentioned and hope they all stay free from injury.
  9. The last time the landscape changed at Russell was an influx of transfers that cost the last coach alot of problems. Is Kidwell ready for that kind of pressure from the parents and fans.
  10. Not from what I've heard! Maybe they need some more RH transfers.
  11. Don't see Russell playing them either Doc.
  12. Russell will be weak this year! If they win more than 8 games, Kidwell is coach of the year in the 16th. Good coach but not much talent.
