Boone should win but when any of the big 9th region teams play you can throw should be's out the window. Look for a good game and come out and see it. Some really nice match ups in this one.

Not sure who they are except for the Rolph girl from St Henry and Ashley from Ludlow. From what I saw the same two teams would have been in the finals anyway but it must be rare when a school drops a sport and creates this situation. A redraw would make sense.

PS "Great topic" I will agree the fans should be muzzled. It is crazy when you hear the things being shouted at the officials. School officials should police the stands and control parents. Let the players play.

Let them play, in the summer basketball programs (AAU & Exposure) kids are taught to play hard nosed physical defense. Similar to college. I think it prepares them for the next level and it certainly makes for a more entertaining game. For my money and certainly IMO, when ticky tack fouls are called it slows the game to the point that only the parents will want to watch. So play hard but clean and let fans enjoy the show.

Good win for Ludlow but St Henry has a bad record on a weak schedule. Beat NCC and you will get more respect. Beat Boone and you will be a force. Good luck and if nothing else you have peaked my curiosity so I will be at the next game. Where is the Friday game being played?

What is Ludlow's biggest win over the previous two seasons? I don't know so don"t think I am bashing. Just curious.

I always side with the coach, he/she should know their players, he/she should understand the situation. I have seen coaches ask their players if they want in late in a game and sometimes they do but most times they say no thanks. To acknowlege a senior at the end of their career or a player with a superb game with a late substitution is a very classy thing we all have appreciated over the years and is a great example of a late sub.
