The game against Mount was not worth playing. Mason could have held them to single digits but showed compassion. The loss to the Hoover team was a very stong showing. Hoover will most likely be one or two in Ohio this year. They are very strong. Nice showing Mason. Hoover lost to a team who is ranked 7th in the nation (South Bend Washington) the night before by 6. NDA lost to the 7th ranked team by 20 before the Mason Hoover game. Extremely tough competition except for the Mount team. Very classy how Mason coach dealt with that team

You will be blown away by the gym. And the coaches and AD go out of their way to make it a nice event for the players. I plan to make it to the final game so good luck and have fun.

Conner has been solid the past few years. Going to be a regional threat. Ryle has a new set of coaches who I think are really having an impact. Ryle seems to be in shape, aggressive and they have some really good players to work with. Nice to see the turn around. Probably not going to win the region but you never know.

Villa wins and all you talk about is Ludlow and Llyod. Great win Blue Lighting. With all the talent you graduated good to see you still have a lot of game.

It is hard to call Weaver a post, she hit a bunch from beyond the free throw line last night and brought the ball up the floor when things got tight defensively. Webb is a strong post for Holmes. Behrens for Boone is a good post along with Cundiff at NCC.

Having watched the game, Conner displayed a lot of weapons, mostly outside shooting. Their full court defense was stellar. I doubt too many are going to stop Weaver this year so her 24 points are not that relevant from the Conner perspective. The pace slowed in the second half but there was really no need to hammer out a 30 point win. It was Conner in control all the way. Long was on fire, Hodges played agressively with many of her points coming late in the game, Beasley ran point effectively and 6th man Johns is always good for some impressive shots. I would say that when preparing for the Conner team be ready for a battle. Pretty solid outing.
