Looks like Scott County might be able to beat them again. Huntington is really missing OJ.

I think Scott Co. has played the toughest schedule. They have several common opponents however Scott has played Ballard, Bryan Station(twice), Covington Catholic (twice). Games against these teams seems to be tougher than some of Catholics.

I think they let the players play. Theres always questionable calls in any game. I thought the game was called pretty fair. I think all the credit goes to Scott County they were the better team. I take offense with people saying the refs favored Scott. I dont think that was the case at all.

I read on another board that patterson was bad mouthing the refs after the game when being interviewed. Anybody know what he said.

Scott County won a state title in 1975. However that is in 2A I think. They do not have a 4A title.

This stuff of teams missing players is getting out of hand. It is summer ball every team has players missing. What do you think the score would have been if they had those two players and Scott had Haddix and Lee. I would still take Scott by 20 with out thinking twice.

Scott County was with out 2 starters. Its summer ball, but still impressive how they dominated the tourny.

Add Matt Walls to the list as well. And the kid from Warren Central as well. I thought Pettigrew was the best player I saw last year. However it was only for one game.
