  1. At this point I'll settle for decent take out.
  2. You must have never been to a RH game at the Stew. But in the ref's defense they stunk on both sides of the floor.
  3. Mason Co. played very well for the entire game, they were the best team on the floor last night, congratulations. Chad is "the man", but Dakota is a very good player also. Dakota had an off night, it happens. Give the freshman a break, he responded to being mauled. I don't like the way he responded, but he'll learn. I don't think a foul was even called because there were no free throws.
  4. These four were a big part of Ashland "winning" the Freshman AIT last year. I guess they will allways have those memories.
  5. Tony Arthur. If he can stay out of foul trouble.
  6. Mike Davis does have the height, but I'm not sure of his strength. They also have another 6'4" to 6'5" Freshman, I won't even attempt to spell his name. In time both players will be a force for RH.
  7. I agree, depth inside is a question. Although Eauton and Jackson are both very big and strong, you would hope somebody else would develope into a strong rebounder. Time will tell.
  8. It will probably consist of three of the top one hundred players in the state. There is also a suprise, the best defensive player in the region.
  9. First I'd like to apologize to GIAT for my mistake. It's a mistake I make them. I know the concept of rent. I know Boyd Co. would expect money for the use of their gym, but the figure $7,000 was brought up. This would allow plenty extra for the two teams to split. For the record I don't care if the game is played in GIAT's back yard, I just want to see the game played. I think the kids on both teams need it.
  10. I have a suggestion. Since Ashland was animate last season that a larger gym should be used in the districts, shouldn't a larger gym also be used in this game to accomodate the potentially large crowd. I don't think either Boyd Co. team is playing that night, so play it there, split the gate, and the concession. Everybody wins.
  11. Hey Rose Hill isn't doing anything on Jan, 23. If Biggs will play anybody anytime, anywhere sounds like a date.
  12. Great job Laura, have a great year.
  13. Congratulations to Ms. Fortman. Great Job.
  14. Congratulations Kala. Keep up the good work. Wireman can you allow a young lady to enjoy some praise for her hard work without trying to start an arguement.
  15. Onetoya, I know how you can get a couple of more D-1 prospects playing on the floor at Anderson Gym. Just schedule Rose Hill, or is that the problem.
  16. Congratulations Emily. MTSU has just become one of my favorite teams along with Louisville, Asbury, and whatever school Laura decides on.
  17. You can't blame OJ for wanting to play at Oak Hill. They have the best program in the nation. You also can't blame Smith for turning him down. But I think it had more to do with the company OJ keeps than his talent or past disciplinary problems.
  18. I don't have anybody going to the NBA. I just think at the end of the season Rose Hill will have two of the top five players in the region on their team. Eauton is allready getting credit, Jackson will open eyes.
  19. It doesn't matter what age group Chad played in this past summer in AAU. The fact is at the end of the season he will be the best point guard in this region. Him being held back will not matter.
  20. Since when is scoring three touchdowns, running up the score?
  21. He shut McDavid down in the district game last year.
  22. Having seen the players on both teams, there was no doubt what the outcome would be. Scooterbob, Milton had a tough team. I don't know how old they were, but it is safe to say they had more than one 8th grader. The format was that each team started on their own twenty and ran ten plays. They each ran I think four series. The last series was from the the other teams 20 yard line. They only had five plays each here. Milton scored twice on two long runs. Rose Hill scored twice on long drives. During the red zone drill Rose Hill scored two touchdowns and Milton scored none. Total Rose Hill four touchdowns, Milton 2. Good performance by Rose Hill against a well coached Milton team. If they can keep this up and gain some more players they will be ready for a varsity schedule in a few years.
  23. By the end of the season Chad Jackson will be on a lot of lists.
  24. I don't understand how anybody from the Diocese of Covington can throw rocks like you do at Rose Hill. I guess $85 million can buy a lot of righteousness. Nobody has ever proven that Rose Hill has done anything wrong.
  25. Kyle is a great kid. His family can be proud of him. I am also very proud of him. Good luck Kyle.
