I was told Huntington traded this game for big money game in LA

not Ashland ducking, Huntington High just chasing the money

My guess is the administration at HH will be wealthy (but glad) when this season is over

If this is true, I can almost guarantee you that Ashland did not duck out, and that HHS bought their way out. That is their choice and their ight as sad as that may be. Biggs will play anybody anywhere. Feels it gets the team ready for the post-season.

I don't see how getting hammered would do that, but it would have been a wonderful gate for Ashland, and I would have been attendance if possible.

I thought in a previous thread it was said to be played in Ashland, if I'm wrong I apologize, either way, I'd have tried to comandeer a ticket or two. Hate to see them not play!

I agree. I will try to get to a game in Huntington either way, could be the second greatest show on Earth, behind RBB&B of course.

Weren't several, nearly all of HH's games moved to accommodate the overflow crowds, expected for home games.

Yes, it was in Ashland last year. This years game was scheduled for Jan 23rd, in Huntington.

Hey Rose Hill isn't doing anything on Jan, 23. If Biggs will play anybody anytime, anywhere sounds like a date.

Statements like "Biggs will play anyone, anytime" will probably be revised now that his employer has changed.

I heard today that HHS has moved all of their home games to Memorial Field House. Shooter is correct.... they will be wealthy when this season is over.

It was reported on the local news today that the HHS/Lexington Catholic game (date & time unknown) will be televised on local Channel 3 or the new MyZ TV. There were other HHS listed as to be televised but I have no info on those.

I bet they get more locally televised games this season than Marshall basketball does.
