HHS is also going to be playing Scott County in Memorial in February. Scott County has had the game scheduled for a while. Scott County is also going to play HHS at Marshal's gym.

From what I understand LexCath paid a huge amount to get HHS to come play them.

Hey Rose Hill isn't doing anything on Jan, 23. If Biggs will play anybody anytime, anywhere sounds like a date.

Rose Hill is willing and will be happy to play at Ashland. It would be a great atmosphere and fun for all involved. It's time to put all the crap aside and play. I guarantee you that all the players on each side would vote to play.

I feel certain that the athletic administration at Rose Hill would also "vote" to play particularly since Ashland's girls couldn't find a spot on their schedule to play the local state runner-up with two returning Miss Basketball candidates. I guess the reason was "financial".

When did Biggs say he will play anybody, anytime, anywhere? Haven't heard that yet.

Statements like "Biggs will play anyone, anytime" will probably be revised now that his employer has changed.

He played Oak Hill while at PC did he say this at PC or did he say this here? I just don't know when the statement was made. SB does this have anything to do with that significance thing that you mentioned in another thread?

I'm sure Coach Biggs would rather play Rose Hill for the first time in regular season, than face them for the first time in District play, but I'm also not sure if he has the authority to make that decision, could end up making a difference in the district. Their strategy may be to just draw the Fairview

I never said that he made the statement. Just going on his track record at Pendleton. They did play Oak Hill so I did not think playing HHS would be a problem. If he was willing to play HHS I don't think he would be worried about playing Rose Hill. Not that they aren't good and have two great layers. They just don't have the firepower HHS have right now.

Of course, Rickyp, if you sent the three HHS starters back to Rose Hill, from whence they came, I would say the fire power would shift by about 20 miles. Nevertheless, I am sure that almost all Rose Hillers are also HHS fans and wish for the Highlanders an undefeated season. Rose Hill fully supports its kids who move on to other schools rather than ostracizing them.

Why send them back to Rose Hill? There already back in Huntington where they are ORIGINALLY from.

Biggs will play anyone at anytime. Oak Hill Academy, St. Louis Vashon, Wings Academy of NYC, and Miami Senior just to a few......
