  1. Apparently, it has just been announced that Hensley from Dumbar just resigned. So maybe there is some truth to this.
  2. I pretty sure that Jacobs is a card dealer at one of the casino boats.
  3. Wasn't there a lot of grumbling going on last year at Scott with the pay to play fee? I beleive I heard that parents were really upset (as usual) about the whole football situation. Could this have anything to do with the decision?
  4. Is this the same Coach Baldridge that was at Bellevue in the mid-70's?
  5. To all Bellevue Players, Play your hearts hearts out, Bellevue. You know it is going to be tough, but you have to believe you can win. The name on the front of the jersey does not play the game. They are 16-18 year old kids, just like you. You know, I will be there rooting you on!!!! :thumb:
  6. Exactly. Most of the other NKY 6A schools are in the same boat. Since alignment forced all teams to rearrange their schedules this current year, and since most contracts are home/away, they probably all have to drop one game.
  7. There will be no penalty. Having to drop a team is not Boone's choice. Cooper notified the KHSAA of their intent to play varsity next year forcing Boone to drop a game. KHSAA will not enforce a penalty.
  8. KHSAA will allow Boone to drop without penalty due to the addition of the Cooper game.
  9. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME!!!
  10. I think they need to renew the rivalry with NCC.
  11. Just a guess here. I'd say about 5'5 and 130 lbs.
  12. There is only one team that can beat Beechwood this week.
  13. I heard that Bellevue can not find a bus driver for tonight's game, so many of their best players will not be able to make it. :sssh:
  14. Can they put people on the deck at the North end of the field. Talk about a great view. It is about 7 ft. high and only about 3 yards off the sideline.
  15. He is a senior, correct? I know it will be tough not to play in such a big game, but as a senior with tonight possibly being your high school game, you suck it up and play through pain. I would like to see him dressed and ready to go.
  16. Let's go Bellevue. Dayton may have won "The Paddle", but you can win when it matters most. Play hard, I know it will be a very tough game. Any news on Wynn?
  17. True. Even though they will will on their backsides a lot tonight, they wont get too dirty on the turf.
  18. Incorrect. The game is for 7:30. Looks like the Devils may be extra early. Besides that, their bus will leave from the school and get a police escort down the avenue at 5:30. That would be a little close for a 7:00 game.
  19. Was that Paul Gray, the former Bellevue Head Coach, I saw in Bellevue this week? Was he working with the JV qb? I was wondering what he was doing now that he is not coaching E'town anymore.
  20. The problem with this type of development is that those schools are losing enrollment. They are demolishing housing and putting up commercial and residential condos. And lets be honest, if you are going to dish out 500,000 for a condo, you will probaly send your kind to a private school.
  21. Did he not play a couple of weeks ago? I thought I heard that he had missed a game.
  22. So, did the young men at Gallatin make it to the FFA meeting?
