Breathitt hasn't played a game with anyone that can beat Pendleton or Bell Co. much less stay within 20 of Catholic or Mason Co. There schedules don't even come close. Best 2 wins are by a total of 3 points against Hazard.

I think Breathitt is a solid team but there schedule has been a little weak and that is why I dropped them a little.

To the guys and gals with their last season at hand- CHERISH IT, EMBRACE IT and LOVE IT. You will miss it but stay in touch with your local high school program. The only way baseball can continue to grow in KY. is if true fans stay involved and in touch with their local programs rather they have kids or not. Baseball has grown tremendously but still has a way to go and when the powers that be see average fans concerned about the direction of a program, the facilities, the kids then baseball flourishes. Enjoy but don't forget that when your kids are gone that there are parents and coaches that are just like you were. They need continous support and help. Stay in touch by volunteering, financial support, moral support or whatever route you can find. After all, it is America's sport!

Was a 4 point game until last 6 minutes. Powell had been off for 13 days and then played Lee and Knott back to back. I think they just ran out of legs and the layoff hurt them. They will still contend at tourney time. Knott is very athletic and push the ball like Powell. Good win. Was very physical game and kind of got out of hand towards the end. Only a 2 man crew so I am not bashing the officials. It just got ugly towards the end.

Bulldogs will prevail. When JBS is tested they put it in freak out mode and wither. Great talent and will alays contend the next couple of years but not in this one.

Agreed. Very well balanced and coached. Experience is all that they are lacking.

Size that stands around doesn't count. Hazard is to athletic inside for JBS. The Short kid plays hard but the other 2 don't help much. Any stats on the Pineville game?

I like him as my #1 freshman guard. Justice from SV and him would make a wonderful duo.

Not top 25 but probably the best in the 15th.

Hazard will dominate the middle and wouldn't want to get in a shootout with Hicks. Should be a good game.

I am a little surprised but I knew someone was going to be the victim to Lee in the next few weeks. they are to talented and athletic to play as bad as they have been. Should be a race on friday at Lee with the Pirates.

Hazard by 6 or 7. JBS had better start getting something from their big kid if they are going to compete for the 14th.

I agree. They just flat stuck him. In his face one on one. He did keep his cool and with the exception of a few ill advised shots played well. SV will be a powerhouse as soon as they find one individual that can step up and score. The Justice kid was impressive. Good win for the Bulldogs and a great coaching job at Hazard for changing the way the game was going after the first quarter.

I'll have to say the Bobcats by 12 or so. I know it is the Palace and I know they are old rivals but just to much this year for the Owls to overcome.
