Hazard by 6 or 7. JBS had better start getting something from their big kid if they are going to compete for the 14th.

JBS by 10 in this one. Too much size and outside shooting for Hazard. Hicks is a great player and if he is on it could be closer. Should be fun to watch.

Stepp will go off, he wont be stopped, Cox will do what he wants, and Collins should do good as well,

Collins will never be able to do what he can since he never gets his hands on the ball. He might score off an offensive rebound or an inbounds play every now and then. I think you put him on Haz, Perry, Breathitt, or Knott and they would win the region hands down. Hard to guard a legit 6'8" player in this region if he ever gets the ball, a post player would be crazy to go to JBS in the Stepp system of point guard shoots all the shots.

If Garrison Collins is 6'8'', why doesnt he ever get the ball? There is noone in the region that could guard him, depending on if he is coordinated or not. IMO if JBS plays a quick team, who likes to run the ball and not set it up everytime, JBS can be beat. Tate Cox and Stepp are both great shooters and all around players, but if they get stuck with a good defensive team, i don't think they would still "go off". IMO JBS will not win the region, I think the region will be won by Hazard, Breathitt, or Powell. I'll take Hazard in this one by 10+. Hicks is too much for Stepp, IMO.

I'll take hazard in a close one. JBS is legit. But, I'll take Lewis Morris over the Stepps any day of the week. It's kind of like when Bob Knight was asked if he was worried when he was down to Larry Brown and LSU, Knight's comment was something like "I wasn't after I saw who was on the sidelines" Same applies here. Morris will out coach Stepp and get the W

I think JBS has by far the most talent in the region but you are right they dont use all of it. Collins and Short would dominate the inside if they would

just use them more. No one in the region has the size of JBS and hopefully they will figure that out. JBS must naturally contain Hicks because he is a great player but if they do Hazard has to have some kids step up. If JBS does decide to use their big men in this one I dont think Hazard has the guys that could stop them. I guess we will have to wait and see if they do...

Jbs in a close one. The Crusaders have to many weapons. We all know Clark Stepp will get his, but you also have to worry about both sides of the floor when Tate Cox is on one side and Clint Stepp is on the other. Hard to play a zone on them because of the pure shooters they have and it's hard to press them because they all handle the ball so well. The Big Collins kid runs the floor well and they do look for him on the break for some easy layups sometimes, but if they would use him a little more when their shots are falling they would be unbeatable. But that is another story. They have enough offense for the Dogs and if they chase Hicks all night long and double him everytime someone screens for him, Hazard just doesn't have any offense to take the load off of him. Campbell does well on the inside when he is under control and gets some rebounds and Pressley hits 1 out of 3 or 4 from the 3 pt line, Randy just can't play defense at all so he hurts them when he is in the game, I would beg Justin and Matt to shoot anywhere on the floor. If you take Hicks away(lot easier said than done), JBS will roll in this one.

Bulldogs will prevail. When JBS is tested they put it in freak out mode and wither. Great talent and will alays contend the next couple of years but not in this one.

JBS has played 3 teams with winning records this year...all 3 losses. So, I'm gonna go with Hazard.

If JBS can control the tempo I think they can win. But imo they can't run and gun with Hazard. And I agree, they're going to have to use their size and inside game more.

Inside out guys, inside out. That's the way it's done. Not outside in. Inside creates opportunities for the outside game.

But these two teams could play as many as three times this season: WYMT, All A, and region.
