You guys get to play PC every year so don't get tore up about having to drive 20 miles. No better than the game will be I wouln't bother going to Falmouth if your worried about not getting in.

Yes it was much more fan friendly. You had a lot to do around freedon hall. Really? had to drive downtown and then drive back to freedon hall for games. Can't agree on that one.

Everyone is forgetting the lucky shot at the end of the first half for Ballard. If that doesn't go in could have been a reverseal and Ballard would have had to hit a shot to win it.

Comfort and convenience for Harrison I guess. I have attended the district for years and have no problem with harrison hosting it but there is always more people from PC than Harrison at the games. You like the home court advantage too I would imagine.

They have air conditioning at PCs gym. No windows needed. Back in the day when they hosted before it was packed and everyone survived, they will again.

If things were cleaned up by the refs as far as physical play is concerned, things like this are not going to happen. The commish was supposed to get the level of physical play reduced this year. Just like any other rule they emphasize, after a couple of weeks back to the old way.

Comment on the number one pressing question. Can Happy transfer his college success to Mt Sterling. From all the transfers at Montgomery this year I say yes.

He has always been able to get good players.

If you like good basketball, adding these teams is great for the fans. Watching some good teams play each other is what it is all about in my opinion, not having a weak tournament that the home team wins every year.

I too would have liked to see Mac after the game. He has gotten more than his share of calls over the years because of his complaining to the umpires whether they were right or wrong. Maybe it is time to retire. :lol:

I think he has been a life long Harrison Co resident or for most of his days anyway.

I was talking to his brother Kane the other day and he said Keaton was engaged to get married pretty soon also.

I would call his ties more to Pendleton Co than Mason.

Mason Co would have won by 20 if this game was held at the fieldhouse.

Pendleton couldn't make a shot last night. Their shooting % had to be low. Hard to win when you can't make shots.Prewitt was hot last night. Why PC didn't take the ball at him and get him in foul trouble early I don't know. They did not go at him until late in the last quarter and he wasn't going to foul then. Several times the cats had chances to try and get him in foul trouble and they passed it out for a shot which they weren't hitting. Monroe was not himself last night for whatever reason. He hardly ever took it to the lane to try and score or get a foul. Maybe Simms out coached himself in this game. :idunno:

An extra half hour would make a big difference.:thumb:

I think Mason held the ball the second overtime until the end and got a traveling violation. Harrison then scored on their only chance with the ball.

Did Chambers play in this game? He usually helps quite a bit.
