No injuries for the Rams tonight! :dancingpa Some cramped a little but no serious injuries I believe on either side.

I didn't say Hoof was happy I said glad Hoof will NEVER be happy until the Rams play perfect. I know he is watching film now and grading it to show the boys on Monday. Hoof is straight "old school":lol:

Your probably not as glad as Coach Hoof and the rest of the staff and team, boy these guys were missed!

Greenup Co. could not stop Carver and Denton some told me that they totaled 225 and 4 TD's. Nice job boy's that's totin' the mail. Denton must have been mad tonight cause his WV Mountaineers lost and took out the frustration on GC! I know Brett would trade a Rams win anyday for a Mountaineer loss:thumb:

John Scott Carver flat out destroyed Greenup Co. tonight. The Jr. back scored to touchdowns and ran for well over 100 yards. He also caught some nice passes from Boyles. It was nice to see the Carver-Denton duo back on the field. Denton had a big 4th and goal stick on Mayhem and rushed for a couple TD's as well. Rams moved the ball all night long. Raceland played a complete game tonight and overcame some baiting and cheapshots that resulted in some personal fouls on Greenup to score and take a commanding lead. Greenup got frustrated and in those possesions the Rams capitalized. Nice win now let's get ready for Paris.

Matt Thomas is a stud! He was busting off runs of 15 and 20 yards like it was nothing all night long. Drew Royalty did a good job of running the offense. Josh Alber also had a nice game with probably 75 yards rushing and a TD. It sure is nice to talk about a W!!

Carter will be better by the end of his career. Right now Thomas is the better more consistent RB.

That was true of Thomas in the past. This season he has run with power and confidence. He WILL lower his shoulder and put defenders on their backs.

This should be a good one!

To me it looked like their kicker wasn't very reliable. I think he missed a PAT earlier in the game.

I really think this will be a good game. I picked Greenup, but it could really go either way!

I thought this game would be close, and I figured JC would pull it out. But I never imagined they would lose by 21. This has to be the biggest margin of defeat for JC in a while. Im sure these two will meet again...

Great 4th quarter comeback for the Tomcats. Matt Thomas had a great game with 3 TD's, one passing, one kickoff return, and one receiving. Drew Royalty played well at QB for Ashland. Hopefully we will see more of that......

Most Raceland people root for Russell in the playoffs, just as I have been around most Russell people root for Raceland in the playoffs. I know that Last year Russell's Kasey Clark was quoted in the paper as saying he wanted Raceland to play on the carpet after the Russell game so he could watch 2 teams for the same county take a state championship. He said that would show the state how good football really was in this area!

This should be a good game. Hopefully the Tomcats will play with emotion for a full 4 quarters. Ashland 21 Montgomery Co. 16

For anyone to question Greybeard and his Tomcat credentials is absolutely crazy! The contribution his gene pool has made to Tomcat football has been fantastic. He is a great man, Tomcat fan, and reproducer! :thumb:
