JC appears to have been way overrated

I wanted JC to win this one, but knew that Woodford Co was tuff.

I didn't think that this one would be close but I didn't expect the Golden Eagles to be on the losing end of the score. Huge win for Woodford County!

JC is off next week, and then they play Paintsville at JC

We nailed about everyone with this as the Super Game of the week in the Pick 10 contest.

 

The good news for JC is they are playing teams outside of EKY which can only help their program. Too often the good teams in EKY never see anyone outside of EKY until they lose to them in the playoffs.

I have a feeling the Eagles fans will be getting a strong dose of westsider after he was discarded for saying that Woodford would be the best team the Eagles have faced so far.

 

Story of the game was JC's inability to match Woodford's speed and athleticism in the open field, and the inability of JC to pressure Duckworth. Turnovers also played a role.

 

Prior to the game 98.9 was talking about how badly swollen Shawn Grimm's hand was... did he play?

I dont think at all that it was jc being way overrated as much as it was Woodford being over looked. They are for real... That #7 for them was great tonight. He killed JC on both sides of the ball. Jc has alot to work on before playoffs. The line for Jc was eat alive buy Woodford. Jc put the ball on the ground 7 times. Congrats to Woodford they were ready to play and definately deserve the win they are the better team.
