One thing I wish Tom would consider , is letting Jett play WR ! He's a player and was Special Teams MVP tonight ! Big hits and Big K's ! He has great speed and Great Hands also ! I know he's a GREAT K'er , but the O could use a boost at WR !:thumb: Or maybe the Jett sweep !

I wonder if LN or MeanBird would like to join in on the Tailgating theme ? I would love to serve them some HOT WINGS !:lol:

With a starting Tackle out for that game . ( Tolson ) And Walls coming back , I think the O will be ready this week ! Also , it wasn't a very nice week of practice , the Big man didn't like how they played and fixed some things ! If they just would have stayed with a power game against SK , it wouldn't have been pretty !

For two years now , this group of players have got it handed to them ! They fought hard and took alot to get to their SR year . This group of Sr's will have this team ready to play week one of a four game season ! :mad: :fight: :fight: :fight: :flame: :fire: DIXIE PRIDE !!!!!!!

I've seen Ryle play twice and NCC play twice . Ryle will blow them out ! I think NCC is a very good team , but they won't be able to handle Ryles size or depth ! This is not CCH that NCC is playing , if NCC plays the same way . This game is over at Half-time ! Sorry !

I would take the top team in 1A or 2A over the team in 3A to win state playing each other ! Which is B-Wood and NCC .

That year I thought it was Brady H. and Scott Gumble ! ( A close one - two )Then Mosier , Gibson , and EJ all had very good seasons ! Then we also had # 5 and #21 out of the back field too ! I liked that O alot better than this years O ! My thinking is make the D adjust to us , if they can . Then take what they give ya , slants , seams or a power game . Then take it and run ! This year I'm not a big fan of the look and see O ! If it was a fast paced spread , wear them out , no time to adjust or sub !:thumb: That I like !!! But maybe Toms working on that !:thumb:

District play starts ! Cov Cath coming off a hard loss and Dixie still not finding who they are on Offense . As of right now , it looks like this game will decide who gets 2nd behind the Birds ! Also if Holmes plays like they did against HC , it could be a close 3 team race for Districts ! ( Behind Birds ! ) Scott I think is the odd one out . Predictions anyone ?

It's M. Jett from Dixie . And I'll put him up against anyone in the state ! He worked very hard in the OFF season and it shows Big Time . Against B-Wood Jett hit a 46 yd FG and had 3 great punts ! Good hang time and all 3 I think got 50 to 60 plus yds ! In the SK game he missed a 42 yd , but I think that was a low snap and hold . For the year Jett has 2 FG's ( 46 , 38 , ) 5 for 5 on X-pts and a great average on punts . Also most of his Kick-offs have made the end zone !:thumb:

The " O " is still very vanilla and alot of mistakes ! Someone needs to step-up opposite of EJ ! The line still needs to finish off and theirs still to many people standing around after 1st blocks ! Hit , drive and finish ! And keep blocking until the whistle blows ! I did like the rotation of players going in and out !:thumb: Its still early and I know there still working on some things!:thumb:
