I think around 30 SR's . Most have played the past 2 or 3 yrs . But I'll give the title to the Birds and then B-Wood next .

CovCath Hands Down ! I think 4-7 with that schedule would be good . Thats one you play to survive and hope everyone stays healthy !

Is Jake a DB or LB ? If he's a DB leading in tackles thats bad , If he's a LB thats good !

The SR class from Dixie , CovCath - Buckley, Jacobs, J Brueggeman, Deters, Van Sant, Schulte, Furnish, Restle ...... I know 2 or 3 more I can't think of . Highlands - Cecil , Conner,Laber ,Newman, Draper, Bathlany ? ( I think he's back ) Alfords ,Spencer , I know I'm missing some from Highlands . Thats all I can think of for now , anyone else ?

Last year they had a nice power game , with some pass mixed in .I'd say this years team has more speed to the outside and should still have a nice running game with Miles and company ! Bustle has the better touch on the ball at QB , but Gibson can pass or run and will be hard to defend .They have 3 or 4 nice WR's this year . Ponzer should show the leadership and skill at the WR'S . I think he is the top WR returning in NKY this year . They should put up some pts this year for sure . But the line-play will tell for them this year .

Not sure on the line , but they have alot of speed !

I wouldn't go that far now , in our district I'll place Dixie 3rd behind the BIRDS #1 and Covcath # 2 . But in any other district, Dixie would be a 1 or 2 . The one thing I'm looking foward to this year , is seeing Highlands play at Dixie ! This years SR's have always played at Highlands . Theres alot of good football teams in 5A this year , it'll be fun to watch !:thumb:

Let me see , I said TEAM 8 times ! Thats what its about , TEAM ! Not once did I say anything about " INDIVIDUALS " ! Press is fine as a TEAM and they stay focused on a STATE TITLE ! It will be along year if people read more in to something thats not there !!! Benson was the past 2 yrs . I think he had 100 plus tackles last yr. Maybe they moved him to safety this yr !:sssh: Ouuuuuuuuch !!!!!!

Like 3 linemen that are 3 YR Starters that have Worked there BUTTS OFF ! A 3yr starting QB that had good passing yards ( 1500 to 2000 ? ) A good RB ( 3YR STARTER ) that had 1000 yd's plus ! A good DB/ WR that's also 3yr starter ! A very good K'ER ( 3 YR'S ) Also a LB that had 100 plus tackles ! ( 3 yr stater ) This is a TEAM , Make sure it stay 's a TEAM !!!! So who is the starting QB for SK ? Is the Soph. ( Bustle I think ? ) going to be the starting QB for now , or will Gibson start and the soph come in for play's ?

80 Varsity players playing 2A ? Why wasn't Mercer playing 4A or 3A last year ? They should have won 2A easy with those numbers ! Is this the same Mercer that played Newport in NKY ? This school sounds alot like us , Dixie's QB has started for 3yr's now , also most of the O is back . The D has alot of players that have started 2 or 3 yr's now . We also had 80+ last year playing 4A . With 30 SR's this year , I would love to see Dixie meet up with Mercer this year !:thumb: But we have to focus on Highlands and Cov Cath first !!!:ylsuper:

Indestructable no . Play against Male , Trinity, and St.X alot , yes . Hey 6A is GOOD , but 5A is very strong also ! How many state titles have come out of District 2 & 5 alone ? And some of those teams have beat the Big 6A schools !

I think D Norris did live in Scott's district , but moved into Dixie's before his Fresh year . I'm not sure of any other .

I heard Carter was not playing this year and now I heard he was ? Not sure on him . This TEAM is still very deep in talent and shouldn't skip a beat . :thumb: I would love to see them all playing , they all have talent .But Hey , life goes on and this TEAM will be fine !
