Fabfour, I would love to agree with you and completely throw down my questioning of the Schneider's, but I can't because they didn't silence the critics yet. It's well known that Yeagle virtually owns the Schneider's - just one state title doesn't do it for me. The Schneiders are both great motivators, but their (Dave's) play-calling and personnel decisions are highly questionable. I am so proud to be from NewCath and know we won state, but I still do not support either of the Schneiders' 100%.

Why? To make people think even less of 2A in NKY?

Not really. It would be kind of boring actually, considering no one at the Bengals game would really care about them. That's why they only invited the local state champs, St. X and NewCath.

They only lost to Russell and Newport Central Catholic.

I wish it could happen, but I know it won't. It would be a really HUGE gate...

Loving the avatar BF. As you all know very well, I don't have much like or sympathy for CovCath in any way, shape, or form. However, during my senior year at NewCath, I can't honestly tell you I wouldn't have done the same to them in a reversed situation.

This will be a great game, not sure if I'll be down there for it or not yet. There are "Good Luck NewCath" and "Go Breds" and "Good Luck Sam and NCC" signs up on billboards all around Newport/Ft. Thomas. Great to see the support, but kind of bittersweet for me knowing we didn't get to state my senior year to see that. Anyway, I of course will be picking my 'Breds in this one. No score prediction.... just win state for Bob, boys.

:thumb: Ended many a promising football season for my 'Breds over the years, and caused much pain and agony for me during my 4 years there... but I have tons of respect and admiration for the man. Flat out owned Bob Schneider's soul. I haven't seen anything like that... ever. Good luck in the future Yeagle, you no doubt made an impression on me.

Not quite - I said it would be a good game during the All "A" Classic. I was shocked at the outcome, of course, but I knew it would be a close one.
