I certainly have some questions I would like someone to answer and maybe even you might know Ms. Sunrise. I have learned as of right now, the guaranteed money, has not been sent to schools. If its guaranteed, why hasn’t it been sent? Maybe because they didn’t cover costs? When Mason Co hosts the tourney, checks are cut and sent out one week after tourney is over. We are approaching the middle of April and no money? Wonder if the easter bunny is hopping around with it?

Congrats to Mustang, your committment and dedication to the Brossart program and the 10th Region along with Northern Kentucky is tremendous. Its nice to see one of the good ones get this well deserved honor. Look forward to working with you down the road.:thumb:

I am hearing that the folks at Fleming won't have to look far to find their coach.

The E.Pittman last year I was more impressed with than I was this year and probably had a lot to do with his demeanor on the court last year versus this year. Take nothing away from the kid, he flew out of nowhere last year and had an incredible state tournament and he had a darn good one this year but there are some things the young man needs to shore up. I believe he is a great talent, hopefully its not wasted.

Congratulations to SV, great game plan defensively in their zone as they attacked the guards out on the floor and really made it hard to score on the interior. Great read about SV's head coach in todays Herald Leader and it sounds like a special group at SV. To Mason Countys coaches, players great season, going back to back and anytime you end your season, career at Rupp Arena in whatever round you play its a great story that you can talk about for the rest of your lives. Best of luck to the seniors, get your degrees, and be successful in life.

Eastern rebounds the ball very well and I think the margin last night was something like 49-28 at one point in the 4th quarter in favor of Eastern. They had 27 second chance points as well. Eastern is super quick and really plays under control in a half court set. Very impressed with Dowe and Thomas, although Thomas seemed to struggle at the line. Wouldn't be surprised to see this team playing Saturday morning.

Both very deserving and great job representing the 10th:thumb: Also congratulations go out to former Royals Allen Feldhaus Jr and his brother Willie Feldhaus as both were named coach of the year in their respective regions. AJ in the 11th and Willie in the 4th region. Both are outstanding coaches:thumb:.

Congrats to Coach Hammonds and his Colts. Randy Troyer really did a number defensively on Whitaker in the second half and credit this young man for taking pride in his defense. He absolutely locked down Whitaker and made him force a bunch of shots. Polson the point guard is a heady player that leads his troops on the floor. He can really get to rim and has great handles out on the floor.

Clark better develop some guard play or they will struggle, Stenzel is not going to be able to do it all. The scout on Clark is pressure,pressure, pressure and hope to wear them down.

What are you suggesting then, oh I know, the two teams should be flipped flopped as Mason should be #1 and Shelby Valley #2.:lol: Gosh we would agree on something else, its a good week for both of us. That makes two things we can agree on:cool:

Its a mutual agreement between Mason County and Rupp Arena officials, we embrace each other. Rupp loves when Mason County represents:thumb:

Could you imagine 2011 State Tourney with a Mason/Clark state final. It could possibly happen if the re-alignment gets passed. Just fair warning 2 years in advance, BGP would be crazy if these two teams would be in finals for all the marbles.

GoldSunrise, complaints are not plentifull about the drive time,(complaints are in my PM to you) heck we have already figured it out, its harder for Mason to win the region title at home so would someone please call Harrison County and see if they can host next year. Won at Montgomery last year, BOKC this year, heck the last time it was at the fieldhouse your Cards won. Seems like less pressure to win it outside of the fieldhouse.....well now I will jump back to the serious side, of course like a poster above said the 10th Region tournament is The Fieldhouse and we can certainly go with Montgomery as well with more chances to host for obvious reasons-atmosphere! In response to what I have bolded above, now Ms. Sunrise,:ohbrother: you know good and well if your Cards had won, the last thing you would have been talking about to Mason fans would be their thoughts on the venue, and if your cards won then who won would have mattered in your conversations. You will never get me to side with you on that one.

To clear up confusion, Mason fans didn't want to talk about anything else other than the game itself and the win for the title. I am sure your question wouldn't be posed by you if your Cards had won instead of Mason County.
