I don't think you ever question the importance of a coach especially with kids, but the bottom line is, the coach doesn't play the game, players make plays. Coaches call that pmp. That is why you make this all about the players and the only time it should be made about the coach(and any good one will say this, although seems a little bit unfair) is in the loss. Most coaches will shoulder that one. A former coach should not be discussed about a current team and the what ifs and should ofs and would ofs are water under the bridge 2 years later.

I was amazed that Stenzel and Hatton didn't touch the ball more in the second half and get any more looks at the basket than they did. At one point I almost forgot they were out there on the floor. Of course good defense will kind of prevent their looks, but Stenzel is such a great creator with the basketball that it seemed like more touches could have been for that young man.

Got a great nights rest last night, not sure the title has sunk in yet completely but I know one thing, I can't wait for one week from today when we pay Rupp Arena a visit. Great job players, great job fans, and great job to the Royal staff! Great job BOKC and their support staff, you have a beautiful place. The best team last night won, this one is especially great for the senior basketball players as their careers will end at Rupp Arena, a dream I am sure each has had since they first started bouncing a basketball as a kid.

My question is simply this, why on earth would the former coach be brought out two years after the he was replaced and be debated about whether the Lady Saints would have advanced as far as they did this year. Players win games, the success the Lady Saints had this season should all revolve around group of kids that have played together for quite a while, played hard, smart, and together. Keep this about the kids.

I seen him kind of shaken wasn't certain if it was his ankle or another part of his leg. If I am not mistaken, he was on the floor at the end of the game playing.

By all due respect, we all hate to see things happen to kids as far as injuries go, and hope it doesn't prevent kids from seeing action but as we all know those things can happen. Folks I will put an end to this rumor before it gets out of hand. There is absolutely no truth to any of this, Simms has not interviewed anywhere nor has he been contacted. From the horses mouth, he feels that he was led to Pendleton County in the beginning by the man above and that he is extremely excited about what he has coming back with the kids to work with and looks forward to getting into the weight room and gym and preparing for next season. His family is happy where they are and he has tremendous support from Pendleton County.

Agree, maybe utilized more for defense but to score, I am not sure. I only say this because basically St. Patrick was doubling up on a post and leaving Williams wide open to shoot and I never seen him attempt. He is super quick and for that reason I believe is better served defensively.
