Heartbreaker

We are 7-9 and three of those came as hand picked teams we played in our own tourney. Tyosn hurt us alot and we dont develop players. Time for a change.

Play in the 5th, 6th,7th, and sometimes 12th region and you wont get alot of the numbers some of these kids are putting up.

Look Frank and Panther Pride, what Etowns problem is that Mudd isnt playing his best players. Everyone in the state knows Boley, Cleaver, Huff, Livie Bowling are by far the best players. Everyone else is just a role player at best. They should just play with 4 most of the time.

This is typical for our coach and AD......I have raved and ranted for years here about change. The changing the rules as you go is a everyday occurrence. I know some people had to think I was crazy to say some of the things I have, but its all true. He has even threatened other posters as well as myself for posting on this board and ran most of the good people off from posting here.

Thanks man. Wayne has surprised me this year for sure early on.

1. Wayne County(7-1)- Continues to win. Could be stronger than some thought. I honestly thought they were a year away, but it seems Woods has them rolling early. In three days Wayne drubbed District foes McCreary Central and Monticello, then 12th region Garrard County. Clearly #1 at this point. 2. Southwestern(5-2)- Maybe like Wayne, I think everyone missed on then early as they have struggled some. With a loss to 14th region Perry Central, Southwestern has rebounded to beat Danville and Powell County this week. Still early but Steve Wright might want to look at the mid season transfer list.... 3. McCreary Central(1-5)- While this week I move the Raiders to the 3 spot simply because they have won a game, even though they had to bring in the Aussies from half a world away to get a win, which is something Monticello does not have yet. The Raiders and Coach Robert Jones have been decimated by Model and Wayne County this week, being outscored 154-85(according to the KHSAA website). Long year for my boys from Stearns. 4. Monticello(0-6)- Monticello brings it home this week in last place of four teams as the Trojans have yet to scratch in the win column. This past week saw them lose to a very bad Campbellsville team and took it on the chin from cross town rival Wayne County. Longer year for the Trojans.

McCreary has a huge disadvantage with the coaching staff here.......

1. Southwestern 2. Wayne County 3. Monticello 4. McCreary Central Comments? McCreary picked up a big win over the Australian travel team. Wayne continues to play solid and will be right behind Southwestern all year unless the Cards just fall apart which is not gonna happen under Woods. Monticello has a new coach this year so that should bring some excitement back to the Trojans. Coming week Southwestern has both Monticello and Wayne as well as Perry Central. 3-0 Wayne has Lincoln and Southwestern for a brutal week. 1-1 Monticello has Southwestern and Campbellsville. 1.-1 McCreary Central has Pulaski and West Jessamine. 0-2

Morris from Bell or Boley from Etown will be top players for Miss Basketball in 2015........Nobody gives mountain kids any chance. Morris one of the best in state right now.

Looks like according to the BGP preview the 48th is as follows: 1. Southwestern 2. Wayne County- does not have a player mentioned as a top player in region 3. Monticello- does not have a player mentioned as a top player in region 4. McCreary Central- does not have a player mentioned as a top player in region. Any comments on the district. Really sad to see McCreary fall to below Monticello.

Im picking the upset......

According to the Wayne radio announcers the score was 33-0 before the 1st quarter ended and Wayne was playing JV players from that point on. Our numbers have fell to barely enough to field a team. I know I have taken some heat on here for speaking up for the kids and against the Administration but what I have said is true and everyone is seeing the effect of what I have been preaching about. Maybe soon people will start to listen.

Dang guys Im hoping we get some new found footing going into the last part of the season. Maybe sneak into Monticello and pull off the upset.

Whats everyones thoughts? District matchup, hopefully the Raiders can gain some respect in this game.

McCreary will be much improved. Maybe a contender. Coach Curry is a great coach and leader.

I have been told that the AD( boys basketball coach, girls volleyball coach)and the assistant basketball coach are making behind the scenes moves to get the program suspended. Maybe a rumor but I doubt it.

Our defense is giving up alot of yards thats for sure. Its time for a change at the top. AD, along with everyone else in the program must go.
