Danville vs Glasgow
You need to make the poll a "public poll" so we can view who is voting for each team and chastise those with whom we disagree. It's the American Way.:thumb:

Keep in mind that his avatar is a Penn State helmet at the moment. Wouldn't surprise me if there is still a "McCain/Palin" sign in his yard.:sssh:

Boyle County: Best in KY (outside of Louisville)???
Nice self-serving thread by a HHS fan I must say. Word on the street is that Rockmom will be starting a thread tomorrow titled: "Is Highlands the premier football program in the state?"

Boring game. Nice to see Tamme come in for Senior Night. Other than LexCath, Lexington football is in the crapper this year.

Truer words have never been spoken. Although I've only seen the Ads play 3 times this year, I have heard from various fans that they have had trouble getting out of the gate all year long.

I'm just happy the guys finally got a game in after so many previous games were cancelled. This was only their 2nd game of the year but they looked very good.

Frankfort 35 Danville 31
Sometimes, but the fumble wasn't a result of any strategically placed hit and the interception was due to a misread between the qb and receiver. I'm not saying Frankfort doesn't have a decent D, but I thought the Ad's turnovers were more a result of bad decision making and carelessness at least tonight.

Frankfort 35 Danville 31
Frankfort's D wasn't that big an issue tonight, given that the Ads scored 5 TD's on them. The Ad's turnovers is what did them in.

What's your thoughts on the pooch kick after the Ads scored to take the lead?

Frankfort 35 Danville 31
Very exciting game and a nice night to boot. Simple story. Two Danville turnovers cost the Ads the game, an interception that was run back for a touchdown and a fumbled punt return on their own ten that Frankfort scored on after 1 or 2 plays. Danville's offense actually outscored Frankfort's offense but you just can't beat good teams turning the ball over. Frankfort has great team speed but they didn't really give the Ads that much trouble tonight. A few impressive big passes by Frankfort helped to doom the Ads ship for good in the end.

Longest current streaks
Fort Knox has fallen SO far since their glory days not so many years ago. But, I guess that's what happens when you replace a base previously populated with "fighting" units with administrative personnel.

Does Ft. Thomas realize/appreciate what they have?
Judging by the contents of the Birdmobile (inhabitants, libations, and other items on which I will not elaborate at this time) seen at most of the state championships, I'd say this is a fairly decent indication that Ft Thomas residents appreciate the local gridiron stature.
