Prayers for Former Danville Player

Featured Replies

I don't want to give any names away until the story is officially released, but a former Danville player was seriously injured in a motorcycle wreck tonight in Danville. My wife, kids, and I went for a walk and we walked up on it right after it happened. It was a very serious wreck and things didn't look good. Please pray hard for this young man. I was told by someone there that he played for Danville about 4 seasons ago or so.

My prayers are with him.

Thoughts and prayers are with this young man and his family.

I should add that we need to pray for the young girl that was driving the car, as well. She was visibly shaken and a minor, according to bystanders that knew her. A very sad situation.

My thoughts and Prayers are with all those invovled.

I can't find any updates on this guy this morning, but there is a press release concerning the accident. The man's name is Steven R. Taylor, Jr. and he is 25-years old. That would putting him playing for the Admirals about 7-8 years ago.

So sad that things like this happen. I hope everything turns out ok and prayers to all the families involved.

The story is on the newspaper's website, but it only states what happened. It just says he was airlifted to UK.

My family will be praying for him and his family!
