  1. This will be the last time Dixie and Ryle play for the foreseeable future. These teams will not play each other during the 27 or 28 regular seasons.
  2. My prediction is that it will be a low scoring affair. First to 21 will win.
  3. Boyle County Ashland Sayre Cooper Bourbon County Bonus Point Game: Florida State Tiebreaker #1: 62
  4. The Raiders defense has allowed just 6.5 points per game over their last 4 games. The Dixie offense has been a scoring machine, averaging 38.75 points per game over their last 4 games.
  5. Ryle at Dixie Heights Ryle (4-5) hits the road Friday night to take on Dixie Heights (4-5) in a non-district matchup. The Raiders are coming off a 14-7 loss to Simon Kenton after winning three straight against Tates Creek, Campbell County, and Great Crossing. Ryle will look to bounce back and finish the regular season on a strong note. Dixie Heights enters on a two-game winning streak after defeating Conner 44-8 and Boone County 34-3. The Colonels will look to protect home field against a Ryle team looking to regain momentum. Ryle won last year’s meeting 62-20 and will look to continue its success against the Colonels. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. Friday at Dixie Heights.
  6. Cooper by as many as they want.

  10. Great Crossing at Ryle Ryle (3-4) hosts Great Crossing (1-6) Friday night in a District match up. The Raiders enter on a two-game winning streak after shutting out Tates Creek 35-0 and defeating Campbell County 13-6. Ryle’s defense has allowed just six points over its last two games. Great Crossing picked up its first win of the season last week, beating Simon Kenton 21-14. Ryle won last year’s regular-season meeting 46-20 on the road and will look to repeat that performance at home. Kickoff: Friday at 7:30 p.m. Location: Clifford R. Borland Sr. Stadium, Union, KY Can the Raiders make it three straight wins?
  11. Is there a livestream? Or just Hudlfan?
  12. Elder (OH) Kentucky Country Day Frederick Douglass Bryan Station Georgia Tiebreaker #1: 63
  13. No way. Do you remember what it was like in the few years before he got there. I remember them losing 63-7 to Ryle at nippert stadium in 2010. Blow out loses like that do not happen under eviston.
  14. Campbell County at Ryle District play gets underway Friday night as Ryle hosts Campbell County at Clifford R. Borland Sr. Stadium. The Raiders enter at 2-4 after snapping a three-game losing streak with a 35-0 road win over Tates Creek. Campbell County comes in at 3-3 after a 31-7 victory over Newport Central Catholic last Friday, giving the Camels their first win in three games. The Raiders won last year's matchup 54-0 and also posted wins of 42-14 in 2024, 37-36 in 2023, and 35-20 in 2022. But Friday's matchup carries added weight with both teams opening 6A District 6 play. Ryle vs. Campbell County Friday, October 9 7:00 p.m. Clifford R. Borland Sr. Stadium Union, KY
  15. This will be a good game. Winner of this game will win the district in my opinion.
  16. Highlands Spencer County Lloyd Greenup County Kentucky Tiebreaker #1: 62
  17. Need a minimum of 2 days of lifting during the season. Young guys/JV only guys should really be getting 3 days in. Most other states have in school strength and conditioning which makes it easier. Less volume during the season (less sets), looking to maintain strength, limit injuries, etc. Kentucky as a whole is way being the 8 ball when it comes to strength and conditioning. All schools should really have a full time (Certified) strength coach that runs all the S&C for all the sports.
  18. South Warren Bryan Station Warren East Murray Michigan Tiebreaker #1: 63
  19. He isn't very good. Bottom 1/2 left tackle in the NFL. He also has the worst stance I have ever seen in my entire life.
  20. Ryle over highlands in 2010. It was the first time highlands had lost to a NKY team in years (I don't know how long). Ryle went on to lose to Trinity in the state Semi-Finals. Highlands had Patrick Towles at QB. It was the 2nd time those teams had met that season.
  21. Ryle at Tates Creek Ryle (1-4) hits the road Friday night for a matchup with Tates Creek (1-4) in Lexington. The Raiders are looking to bounce back after a difficult stretch that has seen them face some of Northern Kentucky's top programs. Tates Creek enters at 1-4 after a 21-3 loss to Bryan Station last week. The teams met for the first time last season, with Ryle earning a 37-0 shutout victory in Union. Ryle went on to finish 10-4, while Tates Creek finished 4-7. This year's matchup moves to Lexington, giving the Commodores home-field advantage as they look to even the all-time series. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. Friday night.
  22. Covington Catholic Madison Central Pikeville North Laurel Lexington Catholic Tiebreaker #1: 63
  23. CAL has more top end talent than anyone in the state. Trinity has more depth and more very good players. I'd love to see that game.
  24. "Small school being lower half of classifications, which is 3A or smaller in current 6 class alignment and 2A or lower back in the 4 class alignment." This is the definition per the post. 3A is a small school for the sake of this argument.
