It is a shame for this and if I was a mayfield fan I would be worried if Murray take you into the 4th quarter and would be even more worried about Murray next year...can't wait until next week and next year...

Mayfield is going to easily beat Murray but could it be interesting with Isaiah Martin just another Murray athlete and then but Jones at WR also...naw still a big Mayfield win which sets up the start of the gauntlet starting with LCA...get the thread started now...ok in a few days but then we can talk about all these moves, who had the best ones and all this experience....

With that many 5th year seniors Mayfield should not only beat Murray but should and better win state because with BW and OC returning the majority of their teams, I can't seeing what Mayfield loses and returning and breaking in a new QB that they will have enough. Just in my opinion...

With the offers that the Jones kid is getting he may not even want to play basketball. Offers to date : Murray State University, Eastern Kentucky University, University of Louisville and Nebraska list will grow because he's just a junior. That's what's gonna make this rivalry playoff game even more intense. Wanting to out play and beat someone/team that's more highly recruited, has a former player on its team, Murray is one of 2 teams with recent success against Mayfield, now that PT beat them and it just being a hated Rivalry for years....that's why Mayfield needs to put them away quickly, so they don't get no one hurt and can move on to another team with a highly recruited QB/players but a much better team...

This list will surely grow and he could end up being the most highly recruited kid that comes out of Murray to date...Not sure how high the Hornbuckle kid was that went to DUKE University but this list will grow...wow...wonder if he will be projected as a QB...

Mayfield by a long shot...Mayfield can name the score but if Mayfield go ahead and unleash Xavier Biggers starting with his former team this game could be over in 1st quarter...nobody on Murray or any team can stop him on a fly right or screen...it's absolutely a shame how fast and explosive this kid is. His touches to touchdown ratio is 2 to 1....the kick off return was absolutely sick last week against Edmonton County...it's time to unleash him if Mayfield wants to get by LCA and then BW he has to get more than 1 or 2 per game...

Absolutely NO and it will be a running clock whenever Mayfield says so....Mayfield's WR/Xavier Biggers has 9 catches for 6 touchdowns for the season...interesting and awesome stat is he has a 6 consecutive touchdown reception streak going into this game. Don't know if there is such a record or stat kept on consecutive touchdown receptions...so the question is not can Crittenden County win the game but can they stop Xavier Biggers consecutive touchdown reception streak?

It looks bad for the TIGERS well it will be bad for the tigers as the Cardinals maybe a little bit upset especially defensively and will take it out on whose next...running clock by half time.

You're absolutely correct and what's even worse about the Mayfield coaching staff is they have him alternating series with other receivers. HOW does a player of this caliber alternate series? He's the most explosive and experienced player on the team. On defensive side it's no doubt he's one of the best defensive backs in the state and easily this side of Bowling Green. Mayfield does not get past 3rd round ie (LCA, BW or OC) in playoffs if they don't use him more effectively. I have heard this is one of the best coaching staff in state, will this has some Mayfield fans scratching their heads...Having a kid of this caliber would be a coaches dream and another teams nightmare...not one that's alternating series offensively....

They can be beaten by a 2A team. IMO Mayfield has the better overall athletes in 2A but Beechwood and OC can beat them as well...

This is a good unusual match up, another good test for Murray as they start to get ready for district. Not sure if Murray has ever played McCracken before but I am going with the upset if that's what you call it...so I'm taking Murray in a close one...

Imo this will only hurt Mayfield if he's gone for the season. I think what Mayfield has is still good enough to beat every team on their schedule until 3 round of playoffs...again Mayfield will just need to use better what they got...but if lost for season this could be a devastating for Mayfield BUT Beechwood lost what some would of considered the best player in 2A not the region and still won state.

It don't look good for Henderson especially with Mayfield having 2 weeks to prepare...another Mayfield running clock and although you shouldn't compare with common opponents that's what we will do. Mayfield beats them worse than OC did.

As long as LCA and Mayfield stay one and two...they will meet in state championship game which is the game I want to see the most. LCA offense against Mayfields defense especially the passing n if that don't work then see if LCA can run...what I'm trying to say imo LCA has the best offense and Mayfield has the best defense. Come on December can't wait..

I just saw on red helmet video and Mayfield definitely dominated defensively. Hope the kicker can get his confidence back before playoffs missed one against PT and several in this game badly other kicker ended up coming in to kicker some. Line looked like it blocked better for JuJu n Dumas as JuJu looked like he had one of his better games thus far and Biggers took a 62 yard screen with a few moves to the house. For the year he has 6 catches n 3 TD not a bad catch to TD ratio...hate that Mayfield is off this week.
