Playing Paducah Tilghman 1st game of season is a tough way to start anyone's season, The crowd will be huge as usual then the PT faithful stay home unless it's Mayfield.

New Turf going down on football stadium and new track surface going down as well. Man, it has to be HOT work. Waiting to see what it looks like.

Mustangs had superb pitching, early in the game so did Paducah Tilghman.

Mayfield or Graves County is the most central location in the 1st Region, parking is not really good at Mayfield. The visitors side at Graves are wooden foldout bleachers that are very uncomfortable. Rest rooms are not really great in size.

I was at the game and in warmups Mayfield was shooting extremely well from the 3 point line and beyond. It continued for a good portion of the game, but in the end McCracken's inside game and rebounding was the difference.

I was at the game, it was a very fast physical game and McCracken County missed lots of free throws. UHA did not score much inside even though they have quite a bit of height. Inside player got in foul trouble for UHA and eventually fouled out as well as point guard.

Money for the trip is not a problem for Paducah Tilghman...

Mayfield wins by 2-3 TDs.

Just watched LCA play Lexington Catholic on you tube, neither one played good defense. Stop LCA running back and Mayfield wins, but you have to contain him if not you lose. I know that sounds like score more points than your opponent and you win.

Unreal how easily Mayfield scored. Even the JV and Freshman were running touchdowns on nearly every play.

I am a proud Tilghman graduate, my children are Lone Oak graduates. Lone Oak is no longer a school as you know. Boyle won State championship against Lone Oak'. My only satisfaction is for Tilghman to beat them for me, if they meet.
