Somerset was one of my Dark horse teams. Coach Young has them gearing up for District run.

Garrard is capable but Berea is not home. Give me Boyle 64-61 tonight. Meyers and Tarter control the game.

Ads will have to play huge to win this one. LC is solid defensively and can slow the pace that will affect how Danville likes to play. Will need another big night from Jarius and Jaylen out side to beat the Pats. Two very good coaches and two good teams should be a fun showdown.

I feel like Danville is going to be solid come district tourney time. Ed is starting to get them tuned in and finding their rhythm. I think 2-5 is very even in this district. DCA, Danville, Garrard, Boyle

Give me Lincoln tonight. I thinks Pats limit Cooper and take care of business tonight. Bishop would help most definitely but Sims is capable of playing well. Garrard should utilize Sulla down low but they only use him as a screener for Coopers stat box. Give me LC 68 GC 49.

Great game by LC. Alcorn & Ralston were good but everyone that played was bringing the effort. Execution was there, coaching they were clicking!

Wow made the trip to Lincoln tonight and Wow! They play the way they did tonight and it’s lights out for everyone else. Very reminiscent of last years finals Patriot team tonight. They were really solid.

Central can ball with anyone. They just are not very deep on the bench.

Speaking of District play. I hear Garrard County gym floor has been flooded by busted water line. Has anyone got any information on how bad the floor is? I believe it is GC year to host district. Where will Home games/district be held?

Don has those kids playing well. They have been building for a run and we are starting to see the work the DCA program has put in. Garrard just outplayed DCA but I still believe DCA is the better team. That is the fun fact about this district and region. If you don't bring your A game you can get beat on any given night. Its great to see quality players throughout this region.

I love the Holidays but can't wait to see the first couple weeks in January. These teams will be battling to the buzzer. Should be really fun.

Just posted on 12th region thread. Garrard played with toughness and got some big shots. Lions could be a handful In the district.

Just got home from watching DCA vs Garrard. I’m very impressed with Garrard toughness. Both teams had some turnovers but both teams could be trouble in the district!

All that potential starting to show itself. Great Win for Coach Story. I believe the 45th has more parity this year than ever before. There will be some battles.

If Danville stay healthy and keep improving every week the 45th is wide open. Think Ads definitely in reach for top spot.

Thought Maroons would drop a little after losing some stars but they seem to be on an early season mission. Fraley has them rolling.

Pats are trying to find their identity without 5 year stud Jaxson Smith. Look for them to rebound quickly and still be a threat in the 12th!

I kind of wonder the same would he want it now? Obviously the team responded well with him during his time. I think Administration should call him quick and with a great offer.

Robby Todd should be in the top 10.

Story has done a good job at DCA and they are primed to make a move. I feel like they have the opportunity to move past Garrard this year with the loss of Quisenberry. Sounds like Dut has a high ceiling and Story n staff will find ways to utilize his ability.

Lincoln is definitely the front runner for a repeat year and has the talent to make the run. Losing floor general Jaxon Smith makes a huge impact so the task will be a little more daunting but very realistic. I agree Alcorn has a high ceiling and could very likely achieve player of the year. Kyle Stephens and Jaylen Dunn are other players that need big impact years to make the list. My surprise teams this year is: 1 Danville with more experience and addition of Barnes 2 Wayne Co with Coach Woods and more experience 3 Somerset with Bruner leading the youth in the briar patch Teams we are still waiting to make a move Danville Christian and McCreary Central. Both teams have potential but can't seem to find the right recipe for a huge run. Kyle Stephens is a very solid player for MC and Lual Ayiei from DCA is talented and the biggest rim protector in the region right at 7'. Would love to see Mr. Basketball Finalist from this region but the parity of talent on these teams cuts the scoring down and that limits some of these kids numbers. Should be a very interesting tourney as usual for the 12th.

With some kids transferring it could shake things up. Region has talent no doubt. I Could see moving a few up. Lincoln Co. Pulaski Co. West Jessamine Danville Danville Christian Boyle Co. Somerset Wayne Co. McCreary Central Mercer Co.

Demauriah Brown is a stud. Ads have a lot of potential next few years.
