South Warren is IMO 3-4th in 5A and who knows, by seasons end they may be in the 1 or 2 spot. I think there out of state competition may be better this year than last year but I am only guessing because I don't follow those teams... But that score against Highlands is a good indicator that they aint week....Highland played toe to toe with Simon Kenton who is having a heck of a year.. I don't know if South Warren loses again this year in the rest of there regular season...They will be a hard out come playoffs. Now this is just what I see..

I hope they play in the finals instead of round 3 or round 4.

I think Scott County is IMO in the 5 spot and Pulaski in the 6th spot and I’ll give North Laurel another nod in the 10th spot.. IMO. But I like the top 4. South Warren may be in the top two by years end.

I see a possibility this year that Corbin and Boyle will meet on Kroger Field…… Going to be fun! Still some big 3rd round games to get past but the reality is more realistic this time around.

Corbin (4-0) travels to Somerset (3-1) this Friday. Both teams coming off of a impressive win this past Friday as Corbin took down Pulaski County 24-21 and Somerset getting the win in overtime against Paintsville 35-34. Corbin has won 2 in a row in this series..... Will they make it 3?

Corbin is solid. I like that after the interception pick 6 and Pulaski took the lead that Corbin marched down the field and took the lead back almost instantly. Lots to take from this game and work on for Corbin and Pulaski.

They did about the same thing last year. They gave Johnson Central a game that was close in the 4th round. When the pressure is on and the chance to be eliminated, they seem to show up.
