Moeller is better than Lex Cath. First game of year, long road trip, and they struggled beating Lex Cath press at end of game. I believe they were up 10 very late and let lead get away. They evidently learned from the experience, because they found themselves in the same spot against a better team on Tuesday. This time, they had enough to win. AJ Mayer is the only player that played last night, but not vs LC. However, AJ is probably at 70% (at best) of what he’ll be in 2-3 weeks.

87 - Danville v Mayfield - I believe a Danville Freshman blocked an extra point to seal a 14-13 victory.

AJ Mayer - 6’3” Sr 3 Michael Mayer - 6’5” So 4 Luke Lenihan - 5’11” Sr 1 Luke would help with pressure and the Mayer’s would erase the offensive rebounds that LC enjoyed tonight. AJ is a starter, the other two will figure in rotation prominently. With that said, there was plenty of talent in blue tonight. Plenty of room for improvement. Good to have teaching tape to share and a win. Credit to LC for battling for the duration.

CCH won Freshman game by 15 and JV by 1.

Way early and so endemic to society today. Instant “greatest team ever”. No thanks. That 97 Birds team had high major/SEC/NFL talent. And I don’t think that was even the best HHS team. Cov Cath is having a great year. But this talk is bordering on obnoxious. Check that, it is obnoxious.
