NCC will have it's hands full with two of the best D-linemen in NKY in Johnson , and Machlitt of Dixie. Combs of Beechwood, and Muhr of Cov. Cath had there hands full against these two., two very good OL players. Dixie wins this game 38-13.

So I should put ALL the 6A schools in the top 10, just because, after # 5 or # 6 does it really mater anyway, just giving the little guy some love. BTW I think Ryle is better then Boone Co. JMO.

Who would you put 9th?

It's MY Opp. no big deal.

1) Cov. Cath- Think they have without a doubt played the best sch. and look very good as well to this point 2) Highlands- Very nice team, but just think Cov.Cath get'um this year 3) SK- very good looking team, with about 5-6 College prospects I'm hearing, but have played nobody, and won't, except Cooper this week, until district play. We'll see. 4) Dixie- Eyeball test against Beechwood, I realize they play a lot of guys both ways, but the one's that play both ways are awfully good, like Div. 1 and Div. 2 good, at least 6 of there players anyway. IMO. 5) Campbell County- Huge team, not super athlectic though. Think both SK and Dixie will cause real problems for the Camels down the road. Think both SK and Dixie can and will slow down CC running game, big time. 6) Cooper- Young team, that plays hard, will only get better. 7) Beechwood- Relax, they'll be just fine, and make a deep run in the playoffs. 8) Scott- Nice but think anyone of the above teams would beat them. 9) Lloyd- Great job by the young Juggs, nice story for this Erlanger program. 10) Ryle- Scoring 55pt. has to mean something, they are young, and will get better. Again this is JMO. I've seen CC, Dixie, Cooper, and Beechwood, and Cov. Cath. and (Big M) to this point. Best of luck to all these teams this season. I'll see both SK, and NCC this week, next week might be different.

I agree with your observation, and really liked the toughness of CC QB. I would disagree with CC beating Dixie though, Yes I think CC will beat Ryle, but having seen both CC and Dixie in person, Dixie is the better overall team, Think SK is still the team to beat though. Good post PSJ.

Didn't know you where the Czar of this message board, I was just stating what Beechwood looked like to me on the field. Didn't realize you had the final say on all post. My point is, high school kids week to week are unpredictable sometimes. Flat is an excuse, doesn't mean a team can't seem that way on the field, relax.

IMO, Beechwood is a good team, they just played flat. Dixie is a good team, and they looked ready to play, it's high school kids and like Forest Gump said, you never know what you're going to get, week to week.

Again, the whole point to my post is this is a high school kid, not the pros or college , it's high school. I realize you didn't mean anything bad about your post, but we all need to be positive when it comes to high school kids, just think before you act. How would you feel if this was your son, being called negative nicknames because of something he did in a JV high school football game? Really?

You're missing the point, why would anybody ever get on a high school message board and make fun of, call out, nickname a high school player, regardless. This isn't pro sorts, this is in most cases young kids just doing something they like to do, that's all. I just think it's ridicules to say anything in bad taste about any high school athlete, period.

Confirmed, shame on you all, for wanting to nickname a special needs player from Dixie because of a mistake. Apparently he was doing something he must love to do, play football. Sure it was a mistake, but before you all want to start calling a high school kid a disparaging nickname, look in the mirror. I think each one of you on here who made a snide remark about this young man all owe him an apology. A friend of mine was saying he was hearing from some people at this game that this player was a special needs player, any truth to this? Sounds like the young man made a good play and got confused, give this young man a break if this is true, gee whiz.

Good post, this was just what I remember off the top of my head. Johnson, in the backfield all night long, 1-2 sacks 6-8 tackles 2-3 as. Zajack a ton of return yards, 8-10 tackles 3-4 as. Machlitt, 2-3 sacks, 5-6 tackles 2-3 as. I'm not arguing any of these players, but my post was about what I had be hearing about some of the top linemen in NKY, that's all.

Guessing you're a beechwood fan, they'll be just fine, playing bigger schools will only help them down the road, best to ya Zero.

Hope the Johnny Rebs pull this on off, but sounds like Laf. might get the best of um.
