I don't know the stats but I would be willing to bet Mercer had over 150 yards in penalties, maybe close to 200. I applaud the effort of the Mercer kids stepping in for the injured kids but if they don't get healthy real quick it's going to be a long season. They also had several turnovers.

This was a really good game to watch. Both teams will do well this year. Going to be a very interesting game next Friday.

Both teams have a lot of games to concentrate on prior to October 24th. I hope they both represent central kentucky well until then.

This reminds me of the recent NCAA statute that was revised............."They can serve a bagel but if the athlete puts cream cheese on it.......it now becomes a violation". Seems like it would more of a liability of depriving an athlete of water while traveling to a game. Smh.

If both teams are healthy at the late stages of the season when they play Mercer wins this one. You can study all the film you want from the last game........Mercer will be a completely different team.
