They will beat Boyd County easliy and maybe East Carter since it is at home. They should have only been "favored" in 3 games this season (Morgan, Boyd, EC). Next season's schedule may be even tougher and they lose 20 seniors.

Boyd is the worst 4A team in the state. They should have 80 players on their roster instead of 40. Baseball, basketball, and soccer all are priorities above football.

Best I can tell unless they hire a government contractor exploring doesn't cost much. I feel many communities would be surprised at the financial support that might be generated to start up a program. If not then you have your answer and basketball practice starts next month.

East breaks the streak in 2017 and may start one of their own for a few years.

Every school should explore the option. Football is the largest revenue generating sport and there is no question it is now the most popular sport in the state. If a small county school can field a soccer team they can field a 1A football team. Many others need to do the same. Menifee, Lee, Owsley, Robertson. Look at what it has done for Bracken County.

I am hearing that many schools have benn in discussions to move games to Thursday night. I think we will hear alot of announcements this morning across the state.
