NCC should win this game hands down, what's up with their coaching ?

another bad night for the men in black, one of them, will not mention by name can't get up and down the floor when the pace is what it was tonight,

a poorly officiated game, did not make a difference but still a sad performance by the men in black

ok, maybe 'in the ring' was the wrong wording. Why on this thread that is discussing "if" Coach R leaves who might replace him, isn't Matt Otte's name been mentioned?

Until NCC first boys basketball team won the all a the other sports were not rewarded if they won say the State indoor track meet because it wasn't sactioned. They only started recognizing non sactioned events after the boys won their first all a., for years the answer always given by the NCC administration was if it wasn't sanctioned no recognition.

Why hasn't Matt Otte"s name been thrown in the ring?

I am under the understanding that the Diocese has a pay scale for all teachers and coaches, teachers pay based on years of service, not sure about coaches , but I would think something similar is in place.

Does anyone know how many schools Tony B has coached at? Silver Grove (head coach), he was on the NCC bench at least one year, was it Turpin in Ohio? and now Cov Cath, was there any others? Taking a head coaching job at a private school is tough, the money is no where near Public paying jobs (ask Grant Brannen who would have ever thought he would leave his Alma Mater). Are you taking a chance if you do hire Tony B that once he has been successful at CCH he would look to move where the money is? Or what if Ronnie Dawn decides to leave NCC in the near future, would Tony B want to return to his Alma Mater? Lots of questions, would think that they were successful going outside last time with Coach R, could they find another coach from outside to have the same success as Coach R if they go looking? Hope Coach R stays, he has been great for the CCH program.

ok, but all I was asking was the estimated attendance, isn't there a way to just remove the posts that were inappropriate?

listening to internet , NCC shot horribly from the charity stripe...but a whale of a game.

Did they have to get permission from the other ninth region teams to be able to play there? Seems a bit unfair to the other teams in the Regional Tournament.

Does Holmes/Cov Cath gain an advantage by getting to play their District tournament at BOK?

Coach Schulkens was there quite awhile before Roy joined the staff originally as a Freshman head coach

I d0 think Coach Daines is a great coach, but that being said, how many Region titles has NCC won since coach Daines left? Give Coach Schulkens his due, they have had great success with him in charge.

coach Gray will have them play and act like a respectable 9th region team

if NCC legs hold out they will be victorious, well coached ,very disciplined, they have played a lot of tough games.

Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many bench coaches a varsity team may have? Seems like some teams have more coaches than subs on the bench. Would this be a title nine issue? (except for Cov Cath and Notre dame) If the boys varsity team has 6 does that require the girls varsity to have the same? or would the boys be limited to the same number as the girls? Just curious....

has Coach Gray named his other coaches? Don't think he will get Grandpa Tim until Brandon finishes next year, who else would be likely to leave one of the regions best teams?
