Cory Highfield was the coach and I have no clue why he gave up the position.

This is very wierd timing for a job to come open especially with only a month till official tryouts begin!

I'm sure the Principal already has someone in mind for this position and that the posting of the job on the KHSAA website and in the paper is just a formality so that it gives the appearance that several candidates were interviewed.

I've heard Thornsburg as a possibility also heard some former players of LHS interested in the job!

I won't put any names out there but I do know there have been some interviews and a few more planned. I'd expect an announcement next week at some point.

Wonder how many applied for this job... I'm interested to see who ends up getting it. Ludlow is typically a smaller school but has decent success and talent.

Well, I already know a couple of people who they DIDN'T hire and got notified today. Unless they have the next Sparky Anderson in the wings, they've missed out on at least one outstanding candidate.
